I stayed already 5 times in this hotel and I can really recommend it. It is located conveniently near the Masjid Jamek Metro station. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and nice. You find lot of streetfood near this hotel.

Only one hour late check out was not possible for free. I staid there so many times, and I was not let to check out at 1 pm for free, this is ridiculous.

Faruk the cleaner was very through and always ensured my room was clean and. Stocked if I was low on anything. Amin and stefanie. We’re very helpful when I informed them my flight back to London was late evening. They both helped me. Ensure I could explore the city without taking my luggage with me. And amin explained. They would be safe and I can collect them anytime before I have to leave. Great service great staff. Will book again soon

The hotel exceeds my expectation. The room is in general tidy and presentable. Enough space for me to open my luggage. The location is very strategic, close enough to the LRT and bus station but not too close until it is very noisy.

My bedsheet is not 100% spotless. Looks like someone was on the bed with their shoes on.

Near lrt Masjid Jamek, near fast food (mcD, KFC etc), near pharmacy and convenience stores. My 2nd stay here and will definitely repeat again.

Cleanliness of the room can be improved especially the towel and bedsheets

Good rain shower, nice lighting, spacious room, free water refills each day were good, great location near good restaurants and light rail. Good gym.

Windowless rooms were a bit stuffy

Early checkin was no problem for an extra fee, but I also got a room upgrade included, so it was nice. The receptionist was very kind and nice. The studio room was very comfortable and clean. The bed also very comfortable. When I turned off the AC, the room was very quiet, so I had a very good sleep. This was my 6th stay in this hotel. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants, and the streetfood of Chinatown is in walkable distance (10 minutes). 24-hours convenience store is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

There is no parking available at the hotel, have to park beside the hotel and being charge RM73 for the overnight. Hotel shall provide the parking for hotel guest.

Strategic, close to MRT station masjid Jamek, In the middle of the city. You are lucky if your room view is facing the Merdeka 188 tower, such a nice view.

No parking. I need to park at the rental parking area which is a bit costly.

Great staff, good location. You can walk to many of the sites of KL from the hotel. Also lots of neraby resraurant in Little India and China Town.

We were only there one night. Howver, the breakfast could be improved. We arrived at 09:00 and there was nothing left! I think a large tour group had descended on the breakfast buffet earlier on before getting onto their buses for 09:00 :-).

I would like to thank Mr S.Raj for his kind help. On 6th June, we urgently needed transport to attend an event. we spent an hour getting a taxi / grab. We were stressed as time was running out. Even though we got one but none of the drivers were willing to take us or cancelled at the last minute. Mr Raj saw what happened and offered help by using his own handphone to make a call. We were touched by his kind gesture.
