The hotel is a good value for money. We stayed here in our last two days before leaving Malaysia. When compared to the luxury places we stayed this hotel had more value for the money. Hotel is located in the very buzzling heart of KL where you can get MRT within 5 minutes walk. Convinient place to get good food specially if you are into south asian food. Super friendly staff. I should mention this, at the begining staff informed us we need to pay 50 RM for the late checkout. We had a 3 hour late checkout. But at the end, the reception waived off the extra fee. Super cool and customer friendly staffs. The MRT line is passing near the hotel. But that was not a problem. Dont need to think that as a disturbance. We stayed with our year baby. Was not a problem. Comfortable bed and provided all the amenities including coffee and water. If you need to have comfortable and pleasant stay with the budget price this place will be a must check.

During the peak traffic hours, Grab drivers sometimes feel hard to pickup or dropoff as there is no dedicated parking. But it can be manageable if you are taking MRT

Hotel is very clean and cosy. The staff name Ghadafi is so helpful and friendly. He even giving me a directions to the hotel and advice me where safety to parking my car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Ain, who was particularly kind and attentive. She handled issues promptly and made my stay much more pleasant. One of the warmest service experiences I’ve had. Excellent location, just a short walk to the LRT station. There are also restaurants and attractions nearby, making it a convenient base for getting around.

The hotel is located very close to the train line, so light sleepers may find the sound of passing trains disruptive, especially at night, it usually quiets down only after the last train. Soundproofing could be improved, conversations from the next room could sometimes be heard. The smart door lock occasionally took several tries to unlock, which was a bit inconvenient at times.

I had a great week-long stay at Swing & Pillow Masjid Jamek. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, and the pillow was surprisingly perfect especially for the price! Big shoutout to Ain at the reception, she was super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. Her warm and welcoming attitude really made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, value, and great service in the heart of KL!

The room itself was ok. A/c worked fine and there was hot water. Unfortunately the noise from the metro does impact sleep but we were aware of this in advance.

The pictures for the room have mineral water on the table, and when we arrived and asked for these (as there were none) we were told they recently stopped that which felt a little misleading. Also we extended one night and were charged more for the 2nd night, not sure why this is as we stayed in the same room and usually would expect less as no booking.com fees

The hotel is simple yet it has the basic things that I need. It is literally surrounded by tourist spots, amazing public markets and public transport within walking distance. Once at the hotel location, it's very easy to get around. So far it met my expectations.

It took me an hour looking for the hotel because the location according to Google maps and booking.com map, it was around the same building as McDonald's, and the pin was on the middle of the road. I raised my concern to them and they fixed it. At least the problem was solved and it shows that the staff actually listen to their guests.

Rooms were fine especially for the cheap rate. Was given bottled water, shower gel and hairdryer. All the receptionist staff were friendly. There’s a water filter available for drinking water. Location is close to the metro station and also to Central Market/Chinatown.

Only downside is that the rooms are close to the metro when it goes past but I think this stopped around 10/11pm so it didn’t really interrupt our sleep. It started again around 6/7 but it didn’t wake us up. Depends on your sleeping.

Your team players especially if not mistaken Darmin/win Tharwin and Hindu boy which I assume the one and only I remember or seen day 1 myself visiting here.Other day it was Diwali week, where this new boy wasn't sure of something which I did ask whether could reach or contact the Hindu boy for assistant, shockingly he even spoke to me and advise the new staff accordingly. "I'M OFF NOT EVEN YOUR CALL I WOULD RESPOND" (this is what I am,also I would react if I'm the Hindu boy) Come on team is his big day, being on leave yet with smile he advise or guided the new boy.Normally it will be only one day stay,but yesterday i decided to extand another day, so i was out and did the reservation online while having my meal. Shockingly again,the moment I stepped in he asked whether need the room cleaned or towel replacement or drinking water needed.Some reception will go headless chicken looking or finding for reservation.This boy being update checking on real time on system and orders I guess.Yeah hardly I've seen him on relax mode with phone crossing his forehead.Kudos Tharwin win Dar so sorry my bad don't know his name clearly.. Anyway continue molding more like the Hindu boy and deliver the best satisfaction for the notes when spending... RK 01116366979

Room was as expected, except for the fact it had two showers, which was an interesting surprise. Good location (8 min walk to the monorail & 5 min walk to china town). AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. No thrills (but you get all you need).

If you are a light sleeper - monorail crossed just in front of our room and you can definitely hear it. We slept great regardless, but we don't have issues with noice while we sleep (and we were very jat lagged).

The property was close to the train station. The station that goes to Batu was a bit further, but within walking distance. Ain was extremely responsive and helpful when I needed help getting my security deposit back. So I am extremely grateful.

It can be noisy because of the train. Personally I don’t mind it, but if you are a light sleeper you may mind. But they do provide earplugs if you need them.
