We originally booked a room without a window & found it smelt damp/musty, we explained this to the hotel staff after our first night & they immediately upgraded us to a room with a window for free. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We found the location great, everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. There is a train station about 5 mins walk away. Comfortable bed & clean bathroom. Free coffee, tea & water available in reception. Good rooftop to get a view of the KL skyline.

The air-con units have a damp musty smell to them when they are being used, think they need to be cleaned, or have an air freshener attached.

I met a lot of french people in this Hostel and now it's good friends so I highly recommend it and the rooftop has a really good point of view on KLC tower

Great location to explore the city. Helpful staff available all hours. Facilities all working perfectly and having good quality air con was a life saver!

The location is very good. Close to Chinatown and the KL tower. Such lovely staff. The woman behind the desk was so smiley and friendly. The place was spotless. Nice communal areas too. The room was comfy and had everything we needed. Best bathroom so far in Malaysia.

Sam is an exceptional manager! She takes excellent care of all hotel guests and is always helpful and friendly and makes you feel at home. The hotel is also in a central location, easy to get to trains or buses. Great food in the area.

Very friendly and warm welcome at the reception. I got a free room upgrade from Mini to Standard. I would recommend to take Standard room if you're are 2 pax. I didn't see the mini room but if it is smaller then the Standard, it can get very tight. Bathroom was clean and offers small board to put stuff. I like the shower screen, so the whole bathroom is not flooded after shower. The bed is comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to LTR (5 min), Chinatown (10 min), Bukit Bintang (15 min walk). For me good price value.

Because of the central location it was a bit loud in my room (to the street). Earplugs are recommended.

Great rooftop terrace! This was an amazing place to hangout! Location was very good, easy connections to all the places you want to go in KL. Amazing restaurants and cafes in a short walking distance! Otherwise, a standard hotel/hostel in the center of KL, my windowless room was super quiet, bed was OK, bathroom was OK. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. Free water refills, free coffee.

The corridors smelled like cigarettes. I am not sure how, the rooms are supposed to be smoke-free. There are no stairs to the ground floor (only from 3 fl to the rooftop) and sometimes the wait times for the elevator were too long.

Compact ensuite room with comfortable double bed. Small clean bathroom and shower with hot water. The room had a window which opened, which was nice. Overall, I was happy with the room to sleep in, as I was out and about most of the time. Also all rooms are non smoking, which is a definite plus. Apparently there is a rooftop terrace where one can smoke, though I never went there Other nice touches were the hot water and water drinking urns in the lobby for guests to use with tea and coffee provided, and a nice seating area to chill and drink said beverages.

Acceptable room for a solo traveller like myself but possibly a tight squeeze for two persons. Limited space for clothes and possesions. The room I was in was by a busy road, so expect to be disturbed by roaring motorcycles and noisy cars during the day and night. I wear earplugs at night and so the road noise was not a problem for me.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel in two years. The hotel itself has an excellent location (almost every popular place in the city is within walking distance) and the hotel staff are as kind and lovely as I have every time I stay. In summary, this is a very cozy little hotel in the city center. Thankfully me and my mum received great service and had a great time in KL. If you're looking for a nice place to stay this is a nice option.

I must say I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception lady was great, really friendly and helpful. She welcomed me with a warm smile and provided me with all the information I needed to make my stay comfortable. The room was big enough for me and had all the amenities I required. It was clean, cozy, and had a modern feel to it. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the air conditioning, which kept the room at a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. The outside view of the road from my room was nice. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop view. Overall, I had a great stay at Hotel 1000 Miles. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable, and the rooftop view was nice.

I found the water supply to be a little bit smelly to be honest. Also, if you are light sleeper, during the day you may face some trouble sleeping because of the main road being right in front of the hotel. You will have to deal with lots of car noises. It's manageable though.
