Had a great stay at Lotus Hotel Masjid India. Third time staying there and it is as good as ever. It is in an ideal location to get around to KL's attractions. The room is decent-sized and all the facilities for a short stay. Has extras like kettle, safety deposit box and iron/ironing board for guest use at ene of each corridor. The bed was comfortable and shower very powerful. Cleanliness was great in the room and common areas. Staff are very helpful and efficient. I was allowed to store my bag for a few hours after checking out. Overall, would recommend for value, staff, location, facilities and cleanliness.

Nothing to dislike

Best hotel i found in Kuala Lumpur in the price range. The room was homely with good storage furniture. The staff were all pleasant and respectful. Many hotels in this range in KL have no window, or dingy decor, or rude staff, or no kettle or storage space, but this olace met all my needs with comfort and within my budget. The location was very convenient and so close to transport yet not too noisy.

No complaints for this price range, i am very pleased i found this hotel.

i arrived late after midnight, mineral water and biscuits provided in the room really helped. big bed, strong water pressure and functioning water heater made a nice warm bath. there is cupboard and safe provided. iron and board is at hallway outside

wifi password is pasted on the wall of the floor hallway. however, when i exit elevator, somebody entered and blocking my view that i could not see the wifi password. found it only the next day when i go to work. if possible, write it on the room key envelope.

The room is good enough for our one night budget stay. The bed is big for two person, could probably even fit three person. It is very close to LRT and a lot of shops/stalls. A view of Merdeka 118 is just outside the hotel which is interesting, although we can't see anything from our room since the window is next to another building. Would recommend and book again for another time in future if we were having this kind of short getaway again.

The bedsheet from one of the room has a hole on it. The room is too small when we gathered everyone (of 6 people) in a room. It feels cramped.

The location is excellent, as the front door is 100m from the LRT Station of Masjid Jamek. The Quraan recitation from the Masjid is beautiful as it is 2 minutes walking distance to Masjid Jamek. Beds are cozy, the pillows were comfortable and the Air con was nice and the complimentary biscuits, are nice with 2 bottles of Bleu mineral water brand, replaced each day. The Malay Bazaar is the central attraction, where one can shop everything for the family. While the eateries are ducerse, O Brien in the OCBC Building, Dunkin at the LRT, Haji Ali Bomvay cuisine next to Masjid India, Jai Hind Restaurant is a Punjabi cuisine place and Nasi Padang Restaurant across the river stream.

The exhaust system can be troublesome, as I am allergic to sprays, and the room was sprayed immensely. There was a window, but, I couldn't open it to ventilate. The towels were also scented, causing a cough. No option of breakfast and rooms a bit smaller than other hotels in KL.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Literally 2 to 3 minutes walk to Masjid Jamek LRT, close to both Masjid Jamek and Masjid India. Furthermore, close to most important attractions in KL and many restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are big and are very well equipped. The staff are very kind and professional. The place's quality is amazing for its prize.

Check in was smooth. Got limited parking behind hotel. Location wise is great. Masjid Jamek LRT Station is just in front of the hotel. Near to both Masjid India and Masjid Jamek. All good, nice mattress, got hot water, air cond working good, bath liquid provided, kettle provided, with instant coffee and biscuits. Can have your breakfast at President Corner Nasi Kandar just 50 meters away. ABC Bistro Cafe also is at walking distance for dinner. Also can eat various menu at food stall near Balai Polis Masjid India.

The location is best just 2 stations away from KL Central 5meters hardly 30 seconds walk to Masjid Jamek LRT station. Lady at the reception was very courteous and helped us immediately change the TV in my room wasnt a smart TV and we wanted a smart TV in our room .

The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly. The water kettle in the room was broken. It worked. But the hot water was spilling out of it from the handle. A glass in the room was extremely dirty and the plastic cup and saucer were old and scratched.

Room was not perfect (bit smelly, no window to be opened, so hard to get fresh air). Location however was perfect and very friendly staff. Facilities in the room were good.
