The staff is absolutely amazing. They are very kind, helpful, super nice. The boss is the sweetest man ever! I was worried about the cleaning part, since some people were complaining about that in their reviews. But they now have a new management and new staff. In fact I found the rooms very clean, quiet, very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice view on the street. Good wifi, good a/c, TV, water etc. Location is also great. I'll be back.

Very friendly staff. Perfectly located in shopping area. Easy to reach mydin, and other shopping malls and budget eateries.

Description of hotel name was misleading. No proper signage, its hard to locate the hotel. Misleading photo in the website. Should be using its own signboard, if available. Bathroom door in room 131 is broken.

Lots of water to refill from the outside the room. The bed is quite comfortable.

Lots of mosquitos that bite my mother. The location is not as convenient as I thought of.

I did not like the rooms on different floors. I did not like the fact that you cannot open the curtains.I did not like the fact .The bathroom fan too noisy.The toilet leaked.The cupboard has no doors. I did not like that this hotel do not have their advertisemet name at the main entrance.

the location is near public transport and eating place

the air-condition unit were not cleaned for a long time, all of our family members suffers from dry and sore throat after sleeping in the the room just for a night. the bathroom does not have any hanging hook to hang clothes or towel. it is hard to find parking spot nearby without asking multiple people.
