Overall, i gave 8/10. The location, rooms, and even lift, easier for the older. Plus, they even chater a van for us to go to the airport. Just one room, the aircond has a problem, i think. It was not cold, and my brother was sweating all night. Good for transit, but to stay longer was not a choice. Near to Sogo and shopping area.

The Manager and all staffs are very helpful in ever way they can, they can sldo arrange laundry even they don't have these facilities. To the Manager and Staffs of Frenz Hotel, keep up the good work.

The is nothing i personally don't like,.

The hotel meet my expectation and the room was big enough for a family of four. It was clean and ready by the time we arrived. The reception staff was helpful, polite and there was no hassle from anyone there. Convenient location at Jalan TAR and shops around it.

The elevator door does not close properly. The room has no window view. You have to have ear plug as the noise from nearest shops and bazaar around the hotel only stopped at around 3 am. (I hope only during the month of ramadhan). The traffic was bad during night time.

The facility provided is good for the reasonable price. Iron, small refrigerator, prayer mat and towels were provided. The location wise is excellent but the shop around the hotel will close as soon as 9.00pm.

The room type is a connecting room. So basically you will hear sound from other rooms and it's a bit noisy.

Mr Jaafar was very friendly & assist us to drop our luggages at the hotel when we came early before check in time. The staffs in the counter also greet us with smiles & welcome us. The property is near to LRT station, Sogo & shops

Has little mold on the bathroom floor.

The location was amazing. I ran a race in downtown KL and this location was about 240meters from the start/ finish line. This fact made my life so easy and eliminated my stress.

The refrigerator didn't work, and there was no microwave.

The staff, Ririn, was very supportive in getting me connecting room, for my surprise project. Greatly appreciated on that gesture and for sure i will book this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Only the mattress is a bit old, and the parking is too limited. But again if the hotel can collab with any parking provider, that will be much better. All in all, the hotel meet my purpose.

The distance to sogo is so near. Very convenient place if u all arw coming to KL to shop for textiles and alls. And also near to pasar malam jalan tar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are maintained very clean. The location is really great. Will definitely recommend it to people. Many nice Indian restaurants nearby are within walking distance.

Hotel located among shops and eating places. Sogo was nearby. Reception is 24 hrs. Staffs were approachable and helpful. Room was basic but clean. Iron and board was provided. Just that soundproofing could be better. Recommended

For the price, it is ok.
