Location to KLCFM, pasar malam, parking wpun mahal tapi mudah sebelah hotel.
Noisy, soundproofing not so good, can hear sound from the road and from the next room. TV had no display.

Location. Near Dataran DBKL. Stay here for an early morning run. Overall, everything was good.
With the price, no need to complain much. But if Swiss Hotel can do some renovation in the room, the rating must be higher than this. This is more of a suggestion, not a complaint at all.

Room nice. Location is very good if you like durian and cheap restaurants. Just accross the street are very nice restaurants and durian stall with high quality durian. The staff in Hotel is super friendly. Especially Mr. Fizan who knows very good situation about durian in Malaysia. We would come back again. Good value for this money. In the night is quiet, important who us who want to get good sleep.

Cheaper and near to working location.
Lack of parking. The description mentioned about parking, but didn't mentioned that customer need to pay during their stay because it was not hotel's parking and its rate was quite expensive.

The location is good for guest from outside of KL..
The lift or elevator is veryvery. dangerous. old one and make a noise while its move to another flor.. My body physical is quiet big and if I enter the machine cannot move and making a noise. What The horrible lift when its moving with the anxious dangerous noise.l

I like everything about it. It's very basic but enough and almost complete. The room is spacious, and water pressure is really good. The bed and pillow are also nice.

Location and the interior. Suitable for city area. Nearby to centre of attraction. Jalan TAR, SOGO, Dataran Merdeka.
Only 1 elevator function during my stay. Shower maybe need some maintenance.
