The receptionist guy - Gadafi was really helpful and friendly. Room cleaning services maybe missed my room the first day and I was running out of things. His immediate support made me liked this place more!

I gave 6/10 for cleaniness. Also, the first night, the electricity went on and off twice. And sometimes even when I withdrew the key card, the electricity kept on running while I was not at the room...

Delightful experience. Very nice staff, clean rooms, fast wifi, great location with wide range of nice restaurants and street markets. Also, public transport is pretty close. I can recommend this hotel.

For me, it was quite a challenge to sleep well, despite very comfy beds and ability to make the room pitch dark and cool. The issue is in the window - it is not really possible to close it completely. Then all the street noise goes into the room.

Swing pillow you deserve a applause and thumbs honestly. Heard Tharwin mentioning that you management team do really look have close monitoring towards individual staff.Thats good,not only their mistakes but it's extra or twice of an engine power boost for a staff when being shoulder tap. No doubt promoting him to next level,now he much efficient and more proactive not only in arranging or handling my stay around most off your branches.Its like I'm a inspector to inspect all branches.From kajang then pj then Mountbatten then adya and recently Kingston pwtc too. To my attention not one but 2 strong pillars you own,where once Tharwin get me connected to another staff by the name of Azizi..Gosh that guy is super good,he owns different personalities of quality in his own.. Rivals to me is Tharwin Vs Azizi..I admire the cool kinda attitude and super fast resolving assisting accordingly.. Tharwin he owns quality of himself Azizi owns his. Another 2 if you found trust be your behind of success curtain. Anyway it's comfortable,for the money price I guess there's 1000% of satisfaction from you guys.. thank you so much again Raja@RK

Location and friendly staff. Azizi was extremely effective and nice to me. Everyone else were nice too, but Azizi seemed to stand out the most.

I saw a small roach (cockroach) crawling from under my bed. I do not know if I accidentally brought any roach home with me. But, this only happened one day out of my 25 days staying in the property. The big towels they provide seemed to not be able to dry the skin in totality. So I used the small towels (which was supposed to be used as feet dryer) as towels to dry my body. Overall, I like the property more so than disliking it.

The location is ideal since it is very close to the LRT station. Just a 5 mins walk to hotel. As such, connecting to other KL Sentral, Bukit Bintang and shopping malls is very easy and fast. The check in was quick and so is the check out. The reception is friendly and also provides us info whenever we ask.

Unfortunately due to the sinkhole incident, there are a lot of police and bomba people around. However, I dont find any issues or scared as the path I walked from LRT to hotel is perfectly safe.

The room was clean. Helpful gentleman at the reception. There was no problem with my check in at 2am. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I was very happy with the hotel.

You need to pay 50 MYR in cash as a deposit but that’s quite normal. I had an issue with my room because the window was broken and couldn’t be closed. Because of that, there was a lot of noise from the street in the room. Friendly receptionist gave me a different room immediately. The second room was great. So no issues at all. :)) The only issue for me is the walls, which are super thin and you hear people talking in the room next to you. But overall, no major issues for me.

The hotel exceed my expectation. Normally, for the amount I pay, there will be no kettle, no iron or it will be provided on sharing basis. but everything was in my room. the location was so close to Dataran Merdeka which easier and convenient for me to walk to Dataran for my marathon. The staff was super friendly. I would recommend this place. There is 7-e at the ground floor just next door which is convenient.

Large window, i love room with windows. Decent size for solo traveller. Just nice, but might be small for tall ppl. Bed was nice.. Had a very good rest. Great location. Walking distance to masjid jamek LRT, SOGO and Dataran Merdeka, pedestrian friendly. Easy to get Grab

Kettle not functioning but can request to change at the reception. Shower handle loose, so cant really adjust the angle of the shower. Remote tv weak bettery. But i dont mind.

Perfectly situated in the middle of a lot of walkable tourist attractions and destinations. And right next to a metro station for quick access to other destinations that aren’t walkable.

Some very minor things could be improved. But all in all good value for money.
