When the receptionist give me room no. In the first time there is guest inside for the second key card room gave me there is again guest inside so that i cant imagine it seems they are not monetoring properly the room if there is a guest or no person in that room before they give the guest key card room number upon check in thats the thing i dont like but everthing is good i hope they improve that things thank you.

Clean room, deluxe room was spacious, kind a old hotel but value for money if you want to stay longer. Easy to get to highway. Bathroom was clean and pleasant.

Bidet was leaking at the bathroom. bathroom door need replacement. Overall is acceptable.

Eventhough it's a old hotel, the room is very clean n spacious. We're staying in Family Room. They provided 2 single beds and 1 big queen size bed, with 1bathroom with bath tub n shower n 1 toilet. The staffs were nice n efficient. The location is walking distance to many shops n mall. Only the lift took long time as they received full house guest that week.

The pool is quite poor maintenance. It was clean. But there's cracked here and there.

Excellent value for money, rooms were clean. Bed was comfy Pillows were fab! Complementary water was a bonus. Little shop was a god send

Breakfast was slim fittings if your not a local Place could do with a lick of paint

The best things is the location of the hotel which is in the main city downtown near shopping areas. It is a good hotel with high value in such cost.

Washrooms are clean and good but need some maintenance in terms of flooring.

Great Location.There is a parking lot available but you have to pay. No need to struggle to find parking. The room is comfortable, the important thing is clean sheets and pillowcases. Two pillows for one person.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is great, very close to a metro station as well as many shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean! Highly recommend staying here!

Great value for money, comfy room close to the city centre

No sunbeds at the pool. My daughter was told she shouldn't be wearing a bikini as "men could look at her" from someone who said he worked there, no uniform or anything. Made us feel uneasy Had to ask twice for toilet tissue

Customer service welcomed us with a smile. Rizal takes the extra mile to introduce us to the interest of the place in KL.. He even told us where to get good and nice food too👍😀 A good customer service! Keep up your good job Rizal! Will come and stay here again!
