Location. Never empty. So many people 24 hours. Feel safe. Eating also affordable in the area. Trust me I have been to KL so many times and tried several areas of KL. Petaling street area is the best. But this hotel is a gem. Normally in Petaling street hotels room are small and quite old. Tho it's clean. But this hotel has big room and big toilet. And clean linens are new. Very comfortable bed. Surprisingly good. Try soya milk drink very famous uncle in petaling street market. In the intersection of market.

Self check in. I prefer talking to human (reception) than machine. Please stop this machine era. We need more human

We got changed to a different room as our first smelt badly of smoke and the bathroom had recently been used/dirty (also didn't have a window). But once in the second room it was great. Super comfy bed, good shower pressure. The young man doing evening check in and the lady I think running the place were very kind, helpful and friendly. Great location. Go try the beef noodles place!

The older man who was doing the night shift was pretty rude and sexist. As before, the room we first were given was dirty and smelt badly of smoke but the younger guy doing the check in resolved the issue quickly for us. More than one socket would be helpful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Petaling Street and close to the Pasar Seni MRT Station. The self check-in worked fine and there was also friendly staff around to assist. It was very clean - nearly spotlessly - which I didn't expect to be honest. From the window of my room there was a view of the Merdeka 118 building. It was unexpectedly quiet in the room and the bed was super comfortable, so I slept quite well there. There's a lift, AC worked well and the water pressure was good, too. Stayed 7 nights and would stay there again. Good value for the money.

The room was very small and there was no wardrobe or anything to put your stuff in. No problem for a short stay, but if you stay longer, this might get inconvenient.

No minibar. No wardrobe, just a few hangers. Room Rate changes which is a bit annoying. Not many TV channels and only in Malay language. Every hotel, the same, often only 2 or 3 channels. That's Malaysia. This hotel had sevray but no CNN, BBC, ABC, France 24, DW, Bloomberg, NHK,...,...NO real cable/satellite TV. 🙄 Self check-in (maybe not that bad as there is Indian helpful guy).

The location is in the heart of Chinatown with variety of food stalls around. It is nearby to MRT and bus terminals. You can select a coach that drop off at Chinatown from Singapore, Uptown Is just five minutes away. There is also a direct bus at the nearby terminal to Putrajaya Sentral. The room size is relatively bigger than most budget hotel. The hotel provides thick clean bath towel, instant coffee, tea and water flask heater.

Sound proof is bad, can hear the TV from the next room quite loudly

An ideal short stay hotel located right in the centre of Chinatown. A self check-in process is easy and fast. My room on the 4th floor had a window facing inside the block so there was no noise.

AC remote didn’t work with the AC unit so I was not able to change temperature settings. I had to turn off electricity in the room to switch off the AC during night because the room was freezing.
