The Pacific Queen Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It had a bathtub and a living room. The pool was small and still under some improvements. The location is superb, very easy to get around (near transport hub) and in the downtown area of KL nearby important tourists' attractions (walking distance). For example the Central Market, China town, Lebuh Ampang, Dataran Merdeka, etc.

Car park is limited and small, not easy to access. Pool is small and needs improvement. Staff shorthanded during peak hours and not easy to reach via phone

Clean, well maintained, location is good - between 2 metro lines.

Wifi would just stop working at the second part of the day. Booked this hotel for gym, but it had only cardio devices and dumbbells. The guy from maintenance team was very mean when telling that the gym was closing. The other guy came to my room, opened the door without even knocking on it, just opened the door stared at me and left without any SINGLE word , not even sorry, the part of the stuff needs proper training. My room had a strange setup, so i could not use the mirror, it was in the end of strange corridor 0,5 m length between bathroom and windows on the left side, not even in front of the corridor, make sure not to take room 8117.

Everything went well, loved the place. Stayed there a few times; 2018-2023. Its simple, clean and tidy. Old and good overall. Will definately go back there again.

One unit near by room had multiple people staying in it (5-6 people for a 2 bed room) - probably staying illegally/cheap. Was noisy at certain hours but not more than 20mins. Wifi is slow but good enough for Zoom and Teams calls.

The Manager Azizi Amran took very good care of us and gave us a perfect room with amazing views, he also gave us a late check out that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the professional standards brought by the management and team👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏😎😎😎😎

Would have been nice to know, that the pool closes at 19.00. We stayed here for one night, and didn’t have time to swim, even though we chose the hotel because of the pool. The room could have better sound isolation.

Azizi is a great service ambassador or rather I prefer to call him that. He thinks out of the box and gets things sorted for the client promptly. Clean room although prefer to have window view but that is secondary. It's worth the money and comfort stay. Will be back...

The bedsheets smelled a bit musky - they were clean but smelled as if they had not dried properly. Our kettle smelled like egg when turned on.

Well sized room, walking distance to a great metro line and a convenience store in the lobby area. Staff helpful and friendly.

Running machines were not working but everything was okay in the gym

Very comfortable and clean modern hotel. Exactly what you expect from a big hotel with a lot of rooms. Decent gym and the pool has a great view. Very near all the main attractions.
