the socket was tilted and was bad. difficult to find TV's channels. the lights are yellow too so it's difficult for me to do my makeup

The hotel is only at the back of Segamat Central (previously known as OneSegamat) Mall, a walking distance to food, stores, cinema and also transportation like Segamat Bus Terminal and Segamat KTM Train station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There is no breakfast like it used to have. The quality and image do getting worst from the first I came here in 2013 until now but I believe they are changing management for the third time. Current management had just took over from previous. Would very likely they will take time to recover. Hence also we hear some of renovation sounds during day maybe for better future.

Run down room condition. No floor mat, almost slip after shower. No hair dryer. No air cond remote so can't control temperature. Lift alledgedly broke down that day, so have to use staircase to 2nd floor. The breakfast is worst i had ever had in all my stays. Its from a stall operated by 3rd party along the outside walkway of hotel and the choice is so so limited. Totally NOT worth to pay for breakfast. Never ever book with breakfast. Waste of your money. Will NOT come back again.
