I have been staying with this facility for uncountable times, the front desk is always well trained and great hospitality sense. Sometimes, the owner herself would commandeer the front desk for checking-in or giving you the better selection of rooms to suit your needs- for children competition purpose. I like it.

Nothing to pick on, just sometimes the shower head and toilet may not on its best reflection. Can be acceptable, so far no rats or cockroaches ever found.

It's in the middle of the city. Easy and convenient, restaurants and petrol station really close to the hotel. Strategic place to check in

Everything was perfect except during my stay at the hotel, the blankets have some kind of dirty spots, maybe the blankets have been cleaned, pretty sure it was permanent spots but it kind of leaving bad impression to me. The rest was good.

The location. Not far from the highway. We need a night stopover before heading to JB. Bukit Gambir is just outside the toll exit. So it's perfect location for a night sleepover

Basically nothing. You get what you paid for.. All basic need are there

Easily located hotel and near to my home. I occasionally stay in this hotel whenever a family function or gathering is done. The hotel was okay - clean, cozy, right-pricing and friendly staff. Beside that, I love Bukit Gambir.

booked 2 room for me and my parents. rooms are clean, comfortable & the best thing is the bathroom. shower got water heater & bathroom quite spacious

nothing. just the staff during check out. i left the tv remote control inside the room and she asked me to pick it up which is my room is in 3rd floor and return back to receptionist. a good customer service shouldn’t asked customer to do that. just ask the housekeeping bring it down. staff during check in is super friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly. I left my things at this room. Their staff call me to informed me on that. Went back and received back my things. Keep up the good service.

No parking space. Need to purchase parking coupon if not you will be fined. Started 9am the local council officer will round & check.

The location is near to the restaurants. Easy to choose where to eat Luckily the parking is available near to the hotel.

I dont have any issues just suggestions Add coffee or tea bags. Maybe need bigger TV for VIP room. Other than that, superb room

Easy access, near to shops, banks, etc. Clean.

Very basic room with beds, wardrobe, tv. No phone in the room to call the service counter, no fridge, kettle, iron - such facilities are to be shared. Not a real issue for us as we just wanted a place to crash in for the night, and left the next morning.

I took Room with 4 bed. IT ok nice.

There no water heater in the Room, no tea or coffee bag, no sugar.
