Value for money and good location near to varieties of eateries. There is a lift available and with shared iron/iron board at the lift loby. Ample paid public parking available nearby (60sen per hour using parking apps).

There was no fridge in the Standard King room but the lady receptionist was very kind to allow us kept our frozen food in the fridge behind the counter.

The cleaniness of the room and toilet.The bed is very comfortable.The shower 🚿 water pressure is very good and strong. The aircon is working very well.There is a housekeeper tidy up our room even though we did not put up the sign at the door when we went out.Were surprised when we came back.The receptionist is friendly and helpful.The malay lady working the day shift and the malay gentleman night shift.My compliment to both of them!. Thank you.I had a great stay these 2 nights.Will definitely come back.

The room was quite comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It was convenient to have hangers for my clothes, a small fridge to keep some snacks, a TV for entertainment, an AC unit to keep the room cool, a safe to store valuables, and a kettle to make hot beverages. Overall, I found the amenities provided in the room to be satisfactory and contributed to a enjoyable experience at the hotel

The receptionist is so kind and friendly, and I love the fact that the hotel texted me the compilation of what to do in Muar. The safety guard is also caring since he let us know where is the best place to eat nearby. In overall, I highly recommend this place for a few nights stay.

Hotel near to bus terminal, as well as a few eateries nearby. Ambience of the hotel was also very nice, clean rooms. Sufficient for a 1 night stay.

At the point of my booking, booking.com provided the wrong location, which pointed to further down the road. In reality, it is much closer to the bus terminal. The location google maps provided is correct.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows. Shower was great too!

Toilet roll was small, can consider providing 1 more roll in each room in case guests didn't want room service. Suggest putting some hooks in the bathroom for additional hanging of clothes

the staff Za'ba is really polite and knowing all the place where to eat.. and very helpfull .. I'm glad for staying there 4 days 3 night.. I'm sure next my business.. will stay there another couple days

What a beautiful hotel! Everything about it feels fresh and new, which is wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay here. From the modern decor to the excellent amenities, it was a delightful experience. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again in the future

Finding food nearby was easy, and I could walk around comfortably. I liked that the hotel was quiet, unlike the busy ones in the city center. It was nice that they had a lift, too, so it was easy to get around. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel

The hotel is clean. Overall is nice. Maybe need to give extra pillows :-)

All guests should talk softly when they are at the floor corridor. Especially those with kids.
