Room comfortable and a decent size 8/10 Bed firm, pillows very good 7/10 Fridge Tea coffee facility Breakfast 7/10 Location was good about 10 minute walk to bus terminal ( on same street) Lots of eateries close by Staff were very very nice and extremely helpful 10/10 If l was again in this location l would stay again

Aspects of the hotel room need some attention but all worked fine and was in 7/10 condition, but overall the room was good

Big room with essential facilities, good location as most eateries within walking distance, near to the park and nice view of the river. Staffs well mannered and helpful

Bed sheet needs changing as noticed some with stain. Breakfast needs better serving like offering free butter, milk and eggs.

ample parking, check in smooth and front desk pleasant. room spacious (1 queen and 1 single). easy to get around town. close to eating place. there is a balcony which overlooked the river - very nice to just watch boats go by and enjoy the scene. breakfast was simple and enough. nothing more than 30minutes. :)

i think the elevators should be well maintained, and pleasant. a little cleaning / vacuming and scenting the room. kindly check the bathroom. bidet had hole and bathroom became wet and messy. the balcony could have been cleaned better. windows please do lock them for safety.

I like starting from the parking lot to the room. Polite and friendly receptionist, very spacious family room, clean room condition, comfortable mattress and pillows, eating places are all walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is quite limited in food choices, but you can order special lontong from the chef.

Breakfast buffet.....seems been spread out for a while even as we went in at 8.15am and supposedly starts at 7am. Some are bit cold & soto soup ran out.

i love everything from parking inside the hotel compound to our 3 person room that have a river view . breakfast was ok and the location was near the bas terminal and the Sultan Ibrahim bridge , the hotel is located a the walking distant for food

The room is big, comfy and comes with small fridge which really helps those with babies or breastfeeding mom.

The staff should be more helpfull, especially helping the guest with the Glass door. The concierge just there sititng and chatting. The elevator were slow and the cafe is very bare minimum but thats acceptable.

Maybe it was during my check out. The staff at reception counter should have informed me soonest to have my parking ticket stamped before heading to my car. This is a service where every person checking out needs. Promptly.
