The location of the hotel is located approximately 10-15 minutes from the city center. there are many shops like 7e & my news nearby. Reasonable price for the condition of the hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Easy parking.
the hotel condition is a bit old. no elevator & rooms that are not soundproof. My room is a deluxe family room, the room is located at the front of the hotel. can hear the noise of people karaoke in the shop across the street and the sound of people washing the bathroom outside the room. but when entered around 10pm it was already quiet.

Great location. Near a lot of shops. Near masjid. Have water diffuser+.instant coffee and tea machine. Have iron in common space. Shower, shampoo, towel and toothbrush set is provided. In one room they have a lot of mirrors.
Air cond is slow to cool the whole room. Pillow is not comfy. Sound proof is not really ok.

The stuff is helpful and friendly and my girlfriend likes the location she say is very quiet
The coffee machine isn’t working and the room got a smell , and my girlfriend the sheet is bad and not that comfortable

it was last minute booking as we were searching for a place to stay in the middle of the night. the receptionist was very good and thanks to her we all manage to have a place to stay. The price is affordable and the room quite simple but still nice. love it!

The hotel should give the bill according to the payment amount. The bill is shown the payment amount was lesser.
Provide more rooms for family package, such as three beds in one room. The pantry is too small, need to be enlarged. Need to provide oven in the pantry area.

Almost everything. Very good location. Near to banks, eateries, Mr D, Zus, Starbucks, Marts, Tealive,etc. Water pressure is very good. Comfortable bed. Worth every penny paid.
Bad TV broadcast. Transmission of signal was bad. Maybe because of the weather (was windy & raining during our stay).
