Rooms are build like Chalet style in a warehouse. We can hear cars and people talking during busy day time. But luckily it was peaceful during night time and we slept really well in the comfy bed.

clean room and bathroom. easy check-in and check-out process. ample parking space, there is another extra parking lot across the road from the hotel entrance. comfortable bed, cold aircond, tv okay. I like that they included an air purifier in the room, making the room feel less stuffy as the window is only for aesthetics, not functionality. i also love that the bidet's water is warm.

the bathroom floor is too slippery. no mini fridge. The ceiling shower not functioning, only the head/moveable shower ok.

The premises itself is trying to create the beach house vibes, it's cute. But the interior of the room doesn't quite match the exterior as it was a bit too plain and simple. The pillow and bed in our room is very comfortable, so comfortable that we consider buying from the counter haha. The room is spacious with super high ceiling. It has hair dryer, mirrors, 2 hangers, split system AC. Overall, room is clean. The Chinese lady who checked us in was very friendly. Apparently if you walk in, you'll get a RM10 voucher for the Japanese restaurant next door, but if you book online you won't get it. It is located in a compound where there are other cafes, restaurants and even a hair studio, but there are still plenty of parking even though the parking was shared with other businesses. There are parking next to the hotel, across the road and behind the hotel.

It was a disappointment when I first saw the room interior as the exterior was so nicely decorated. So perhaps management can consider adding in a bit more decorations that can match the exterior of the hotel. They only provide one shampoo as both body wash and shampoo.

The room is spacious and comfortable, suitable for family stays and elderly individuals using wheelchairs. Highly recommended to everyone.

One of the rooms I booked has a urine smell. Additionally, in another room, the toilet bowl lid is broken, which could cause accidents, especially for children and the elderly.

I like the fact that the room was all on the ground floor so its really good for the elderly. The concept of the hotel is also very interesting 👍 Room was big and smelled nice when you first walk in so it was a great feeling! Bathroom were much better than I expected and the price of rm400+ for 2 nights + one extra bed is a pretty great offer, the beds were comfy and big! If thats not a king thats probably a super queen 👍👍 parking was not a problem it was so easy to find a spot as they offer two wide parking lots for you. I also like the decorations for the rooms including the working table that you can sit on for work and the sofa plus a coffee table. Nice sitting area ❤

I hope they can improve on the cleanliness of the toilet just a little more since there were stains(?) Below the toilet bowl but other part was great just maybe add a place to place shampoo etc 👍also just little scratches on the wall of the room but that doesn't really bother me much 🤭 lastly, I hope you can provide better beds for the extra bed options since my body aches after sleeping on it since the mattress were so thin 😭 I'd pay rm50 for a better extra bed 🤭❤ the actual bed is nice though! Super big and comfy

I am glad that there is a ceiling fan besides the air conditioning.. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

None that I think of.. maybe giving us two keys would be helpful and convenient since I stayed with my son.. he would usually go out to meet friends.

Liked the setting of the place, creative artworks, placement of furniture outside the rooms, street names, murals & friendly Cindy.

The hotel itself was a good and pleasant. Environtment is good. Cleanliness is fair. Facilities is excellencent. Really value for money.

Toilet cleanliness can b improve. I didn't mean is bad but acceptable.

The air is too hot inside building when walking to room. Hope building management can improve and let some inside air to flow out.
