Quiet family environment. Nice secure place.

Not home owner or staff fault but sometimes bad tenant occur. A Hilux guy told staff he needs to go out. I was blocking his car. Fine, I came down, but waited about 15~20 minutes outside before he finally came out. This way, I can park inside after he goes out. Geram lah. Why must I wait for him?!?!? Told him I need go out 7.30am next day. He replied OK. Next day, I can down 7.45am, Hilux blocks me, I call your office & Staff called Hilux many times to move car. Finally about 8.15am he came out, remove his car blocking me. Why must I wait for him!?!? He refuse to say anything.

Homestay Muar is just what the name says. It consists of a number of rooms in a private house. The room was large and very clean with a very efficient air conditioner and quality tv. Very relaxing. The bathroom (toilet and shower and basin) were of good quality, very clean, and shared with one adjacent room. It is some distance from the centre of Muar, but only about MYR 5-8 by Grab, depending on the time of day. Would I stay there again? Quality wise yes, but next time probably something closer to the centre of town. I like being able to just walk outside of my accomodation and walk the streets for hours.

They don't allow payment via Booking.com and don't take cash, only card. To me this is a security issue and I would not book a place that didn't accept payment via Booking.com or by cash again.

The fact that I need to park outside if all the parking spaces are occupied; it's okay for me to park outside but the people from opposite houses park their cars around the house so there isn't much place left. The bed was hard and not soft, but still all right.

Easy to find, clean environment, friendly staff, the room was big (room King) for those travelling with family, feels like home! honest staff😊 Son left running shoes in the shoe cabinet and staff kept it till we came back for it. Thanks so much!

There can be some improvement to the bathroom, which the basin was a little clogged, and the shower holder needs some repair so it can remain upright

The location, the host/staff, the rooms. We still met the same staff after a few years.

The sheets were not as white as a few years ago. One of the rooms was a bit dusty (LV). The rest were good. However, we enjoyed our stay and had our good rest for one night.

The room was very large and clean. The bedding was also clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and offered me food several times. That was great. I felt very comfortable and was able to relax very well.

The room is bigger than my expectation

I need to pay higher price than what I have booked in Booking apps (please be honest and follow the actual price in the apps, the price shouldn't be rounded to a higher price).

Kak Yati is very friendly. Everything is good. Super value for money.

For the price probably shouldn't complain much. But the aircond maybe can check check coz feels like there's dust in the room coz taik hidung byk when we just stay in the room 👀

I can't think of what I like about this place but it's just fine and enough for me.

I can't think what I didn't like either. It's just a place to stay with enough basic necessities.
