As I was checking out of a hotel in Muar, I unknowingly left behind my laptop bag, which contained not only my laptop but also cash and other important belongings. I only realized it when I was already on my way back and had reached Ayer Hitam. Suddenly, I received a call from the hotel informing me that their staff had found the bag. Without hesitation, I immediately turned back to Muar, hoping that everything was still intact. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was relieved and grateful to find that all my belongings, including the cash and laptop, remained untouched! The honesty and integrity of the hotel staff truly amazed me. In a world filled with challenges, there are still individuals who hold firmly to the values of integrity and honesty. I am deeply grateful and pray that the hotel staff receives the rewards they deserve for their kindness.

The beds are awesome, very comfortable. The room is squeaky clean which is excellent! The hotel overall looks new and well maintain. No problem with lift, aircond, water heater, kettle, etc everything is functioning very well. Interior design wise very modern luxury i like! Highly recommended for those seeking a good stay in Muar. Location is superb just a walk away from wetex parade which is a local small shopping complex and food is easy to find nearby. Came for work and bringing my baby, ask the front desk staff for room on the left side of the building to avoid potential noise if any from the karaoke downstairs, got free upgrade to family room! It is just next to Wetex Parade Shopping Centre and also within short walking distance to Glutton Street with nice food (better to visit in morning/afternoon as many stalls close in evening. Avoid Mondays as many stalls are not open). Triple Room with Bath is really huge. Can easily put in an additional bed (additional charge). Toiletries are provided.

Shower curtain tends to stick to body when bathing. TV has so limited viewing options.

The room is very spacious & comfortable, the bathroom also big & come together with bathtub..the isolated building give privacy to customer but the same time it also near with tourist attraction & shopping mall ( all within walking distance)..its really nice & recommended..

Room deco quite old but sort give the classic & vintage vibe...but its also nice just i more loving if was in more modern deco...

Facilities inside room are very practical, whatever necessary for a traveller are well equipped. Good location, adjacent to all the groceries, supermarket, grocery, 24hrs convenience store and restaurant. Staff are efficience and competence. Highligh recommended.

There was a Durian smell, somebody bought in Durian on that day.

Location is best. Walking distance to most best food and the food street. Beside has small mall where you can get some quick stuffs if needed. The bread shop in there is good. Room is big enough for family.

Toilet can be a bit old style, should have non-slip in bathtub, also the hand-shower head should be provided too. Parking can be limited at time, but there is no covered way from parking to lobby, so raining time... you know la. Wifi - no good at all. TV Channel (using astro wifi mode), loading every 5 secs. Better don't use it. I think the bed and sofas have mites/bed bugs.. my body bitten and itchy...

The room is pretty standard, king bed was comfortable enough, the hotel provided liquid soap and shampoo for shower. There were 2 individually packed toothbrush and shower cap as well. Kettle and some nescafe sachets, sugars and creamers were provided, bottles water too. Supermarket available just 2 mins away with 7-11 being 5mins away. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

Parking to be borne by drivers, no clear signage of parking. No minibar in room. Management may want to consider putting up bigger, clearer signage to get more customers as people are more familiar with competitor which is 2 minutes away.

I didnt take breakfast. I like the ambiance in the room. The toilet, the towel are all clean.

Accessibility. It was a terrible experience to locate the place. You should put in google search Tabung Haji as the keyword. You can test yourself how to locate the Hotel using Google Maps using Hotel Remington as the key word. The direction given is for us to take the shortest route which is not accessible due to non-entry signage. My son has to locate your hotel by walking 600 metres and was informed to use the keyword Tabung Haji instead of Hotel Remington. Then only we could locate the hotel. This should be communicated to all relevant parties including in your flyers, brochures, leaflets, where applicable.

The location in the centre of town is good. I was on a business trip so had a hire car which was no problem to park at the hotel.

Travel the world a lot like a hotel with a fridge in the room and iron and ironing board. The room did not have a fridge, to iron you have to use the iron and ironing board in the public corridor, which means iron the night before or get dressed in the morning to go out to iron.

Spacious Room, mattress is on the soft side but ok. Pillow is comfy. Superb Location, it is just right beside Wetex Parade, many food options around. Walking distance to the Muar River too. Huge toilet. Overall I had a good night sleep for a night.

Soundproofing is not as great because I can hear other guests getting in and out of the room. But my room is a bit far, so it is not a big deal to me.
