There are a lot of shops and parking around the property with some of them being open for 24 hours.The water pressure is quite strong. They even have heated water for shower. Lifts are available so you don't have to use the stairs in the hotel.The location is super convenient if you need a place to stay before your flight at KLIA. The price is reasonable too.

The air-conditioning is not cold enough,the curtains should be thicker as you can hear the sound of cars by the highway.

Convenient store 24 hours operating next door. No need to worry if you need to grab a food. They have car service to send you airport at a reasonable price. So no need to worry that you might not get a grab to airport on time if u r flying early morning.

I requested for quiet room. They allocated me the door next to the lift. I can start hearing ppl taking lift down since 2-3am.

The location was perfect near the airport just 20mins away and near many restaurants kfc, family mart and other restaurants, the room was good but with no refrigerator but that was ok as we stayed only for 1 night

Everything is okay, except the blanket and bed. Dirty and smelly. Also smell cigarette is so strong inside the room. Facilities is very good but need to improve in their cleaning. Price is affordable and worth.

smell of smoke that go around via air duct and they not clean air conditioner. I think they put less staff to take care all room. it too load for staff and safe cost too much

We like the location because its near to airport and eateries.. So many restaurants that you can choose. Mcd, kfc, mamak, siam, and others. You can also go to mall which is kipmall (econsave).

There's no view / window in the room. But anyway room is comfortable.

Great location, only 15 minutes from the airport, close to restaurants. Simple, basic room but it has everything you need for a very good price.

We arrived at 14:00 o’clock and in first instance the girl at the desk didn’t wanted to check us in until 15:00. The room apparently wasn’t ready yet. Even though it says check in is at 14:00.

The hotel was clean when it was newly open but now no one cares about how dirty It has become. The hallway was not cleaned in a whole week I was there. The toilet was very dirty. I request for it to be cleaned and the cleaner brought dish soap and dish sponge to wash TOILET!!! I had to get harpic and toilet brush to wash it myself. The curtains were dirty, got stains on it. the AIRCON was VERY dirty. The Aircon brought out dust and mosquitoes….

I do frequent transit in KL and this is my 1st time staying in Hotel 99 and it is my favourite so far. Room is decent. Surprisingly clean. Location is very convenient too.

Room’s wall are pretty thin. Some guest will talk loudly in the corridor. Toilet door were mouldy but the toilet was clean.
