The hotel is located in a small shopping complex called Han's, with a supermarket, pharmancy, several restaurants, a hawker centre, and a variety of other shops. So, basically you don't really need to go anywhere. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and our room was fresh and clean. Pretty good wifi as well. Be aware that when taking a Grab taxi that there is also the other Otel, which is in the same complex, but just a few minutes walk away. So tell the driver you need to go to Otel Suites (on the corner). There is also a nice lounge area where you can sit if you have checked out already.

The only minor thing was that there was a strange sewage-like smell in the bathroom on our second day there, but when we told the reception about it, the smell was gone the next day. Not sure what they did, but it worked!

The place very convenience to find grocerries as just next door have Doremart and then find foods are alots. Have Peanuts Anchovies, Sushi Zanmai, Chagee, Boost, Tealive, Rotiboy. Just in 2 minutes you can find saloon & spa. The best part is; the parking is Free. The room are spacious & comfy as we stay Empire Loft Room Type. The staff very friendly. The room have coffee machine.

Nothing much to comment as everything is superb. My suggestion maybe you can consider to add in 1 item in the room is small fridge. Then it such a completely room service for us to put like drinks. Hope you can consider it. Thanks.

The bedding was comfortable and the amenities are new. Safe keycard access. Sound proofing is ok, except the piping (in next comment). Location to restaurants, a supermarket and amenities, while keeping out of the town traffic

1. In my opinion the toilet needs some more thought for the window screening during the night. 2. The TV offering is so so. Can offer better since it is a huge TV 3. I feel there is something wrong with the plumbing for certain floors. Water whistling and sound travels thru the piping. Once this is fixed. It will be great 4. At least one electrical socket at the bedside is universal please

No complaint for the service provide by hotel. all are well served.Starting check in till check out. Service at counter good. Hotel are clean. Washroom and toileteries are clean.

Our room 4010 no view. Since it is our first stay there, expecting to see the view outside but unfortunately, view are block. The floor feels sandy when walking without sandal. The toilet glass door cannot be closed properly. Both glass door can be see through.( suggest to install rubber seal in between glassdoor to avoid see through).

Spent most of my weekends there for the past few months. Overall, the hotel is clean and nice, but noise from other rooms disturbs the stay. Staff is friendly, facilities are good. If you're sensitive to noise, consider this before booking.

Sound proofing should be better. Whenever somebody walk past the room, we can clearly hear them talking. Noise from other rooms are quite audible as well. If this problem can be solved, will surely be the best small hotel/inn in Sibu

Big room with big balcony, semi open air bathtub just next to the balcony, android tv was great!! Coffee maker with three free coffee capsules but i have no chance to try. Water supply from shower was strong enough, will give u a great shower experience!! Room is clean and environment super great, have almost every kind of food nearby, thumbs up for the place!!

The only comment was coffee maker, did try three times with plain water, after working on then the machine poured out with murky water, can found the coffee’s liquid stuck inside machine, seem like nobody wash it been very long time. So this is disappointed thing that i’ve no chance to try the coffee maker because don’t know how to wash inside it.

The hotel was quite strategically located as it's next to main road; hence in & out access was easy. Check-in process was good and obviously no concierge service (though I already expect this). Straight to the room; it was spacious enough and very clean. Equipped with large smart TV w/ Netflix (very huge plus for me). Wifi was good and amenities was enough; (I don't have to take out my toiletries). Though there was no refrigerator/fridge but at this price, I don't really mind. Shower water pressure was excellent (I am on 4th/5th floor) with hot/cold option. Bed was comfy enough but then I just arrived from an 8-hour long drive. Around the hotel, got a few restaurants around at the Ground floor with Subway, Sushi Zanmai, Burger Co. etc.

Breakfast at least should be provided. It's been difficult to find early open halal restaurants in Sibu (since I was 1st time there). Parking should at the minimum have a number of reserved slot for hotel guest. Though plus side it's free but it can be hard to find especially peak hours (lunch/dinner) and weekends

As muslim, i prefer the bathroom with proper wall rather than the mirror as if people from outside still can see what you do in the bathroom. After all, the tv channel are not functioning properly...dont know why

Room was spacious, clean. Has a smart tv for entertainment. Near variety of restaurants/shop (subway,tealive,rotiboy,bugrr co) but few stalls for halal food.

At night it can get noisy because near the road and the shops close late at night. If you’re a light sleeper do not take room with balcony because it it nearest to the road. Other than that i’ve enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is consider new, comfortable and room lighting is good for business traveller. The hotel location is easy to access to food court and supermarket. Distance to Sibu town is near and can call Grab easily.

The Wi-Fi is not stable but each time after I asked the front officer to restart then ok.
