Overall experience: 10/10 Cleaniless: The lobby area is very clean, smell very good, and also got spaces to sit. Very comfortable Room: Very big eventhough i booked for 3 people but think can fit in up to 5 peoples 😂 Place Acessible where 10 minutes to town area. Price: Very Affordable. Food : I take breakfast. Even they served ala carte menu think due to less people on that day, but the food overall was really good ❤️👍

The location of this hotel is very strategic, with only a 5 min drive from the central city: spacious parking area, and a very suitable venue for visitors who wants privacy. The staffs are also very accommodating and approachable.

Though I'm generally happy with this facility, I find that the room's lighting is a bit dimmed. I was expecting a brighter light since I was travelling with a newborn and a little kid. I believe you are short of staff. No staff was available to provide us with a trolly when checking out. Since I was in hurry, I managed it myself, but not all guests will be happy with such an excuse. The property should be available with enough staff at all times. Though the room is clean and tidy-- We can still see unorganised open locations outside, especially on level 2. I'm not complaining but just giving out suggestions for a better experience.

Good location m, come every year to visit family

- The room we stayed had one shower door missing which caused water to leak out in the toilet area, please mend this - no plug for the sink, husband could not shave probably,

The room size is huge! The location is very strategic. It's near many convenient store and restaurant. There's also bank nearby. The parking lot also have many spots and easy to access.

Electric plug is not enough... Only one or two bedroom.

Arrival after 12 midnight. The staff answered the called after two ringing. It make me felt safe & welcoming. They allowed check out at 1pm. Tq!

Traffic noise especially from heavy vehicles. Suggest to upgrade glass window for better soundproofing.

No buffet breakfast.. Its good to have buffet.. But the food is ok, delicious.. I love nasi lemak.. Bilis also nice, crunchy.. 👍

Took the triple room which was super spacious and comfortable. Room and toilet was very clean. Toiletries were provided. My toddler enjoyed the stay there

Lighting in the room. They used yellow light in the room which was quite dim.
