Superbly clean and well organized! Rooms were immaculate. The floor was shiny and clean and not dusty at all. The bed was simple but comfortable. The window overlooks the parking lot, and I can see the parked car at all times. They have a lift that was smooth and fast and smells brand new. The reception was polite and helpful. I like that there is surau just across the big road and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. And the biggest plus for me is that it is located just next to Bidor Exit from PLUS highway. Amazing!

There was not many channels on TV and ASTRO was off. The wifi was OK but very slow at times. You can use your own data for hot spot as the signal is OK. There was a lot of stray dogs in the neighborhood but that is not the hotel's fault.

The staff at two receptionists awesome people and very helpful during I stay in this hotel, I came to stay hotel with my leg casting after accident and while I stay there this staff help to send food and very hospitality.. I like to suggest this hotel for those special needs friendly and room superb condition n conformable. I like to suggest senior citizens and couples as well.. I like to thank two receptionists from bottom of my heart...thank you so much ♥️

One of the places you get to have wifi in your room in this area. Rooms seem to be clean and you have several food options around the hotel. Very friendly staff who explained stuff to you and made checking in and out easier. My initial room aircon had a leak so they changed the room for me which to me is good service. Some places won’t even bother changing.

One of the days, I was given a “dirty” towel during housekeeping. Had a black stain on the towel. There’s no mini fridge in the room so you can’t buy and store cold stuff. Only available in family room but for a solo traveller I don’t need such a big room Aircon also has a thick layer of dust on it so not sure when was the last service for it

This is not my first time stay in B&L Bidor. The room was clean, facilities okay, very comfortable for a short stay. It's not exactly in the centre of Bidor but if you have a car, the town is just 3-5 mins away. The staffs were friendly and accommodating.

I checked i. 2 -3 Dec 2022. Got a family room 218 no doubt for 2 of us me and a friend. Apparently, for the price? Shower room wasnt as expected, should refurbish the toilet wall, proper cleaning too. Upon check out I've made complaint to the staffs and expected some progress asap. I do this for the sake for other guests in the future, and I may need to stay again. On the ni other bad, guests next to my room was so noisy early morning, i didnt get a good environment. Made a call at reception to notified on this but wasnt sure of he warned the noisy guest and family

Room is spacious and comfortable..water pressure is strong..staffs are friendly and efficient.. air-condition works well...beds are comfy.. Restaurant just below the hotel.. Definitely will repeat staying here again ☺️

Location is next to highway, very convenient. It is very clean, comfortable and fuss free. Worth the value

Everything is okay. If I want more I could have upgraded myself and paid more. But I am happy with what I have chosen given that my objective is to have a comfortable place to rest and sleep for the night before going on my way

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. This is my home town and all the food is easy to find.

No fridge, better in future the hotel has a good enough collection, and can buy a small fridge for each room.

Overall it is nice & clean hotel with easy access to highway & also to town. Car park in front of hotel & staff are friendly. Some noise of construction need better sound proof could make it perfect :)
