The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

We didn't appreciate that the staff tried to convince us that there was no public ferries between the other islands (male to Maafushi) and wanted to hire us a speedboat which would have cost 50 dollars per 2 people instead of 3 dollars with the ferry.

We loved everything about it! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and we were provided with water, a kettle,tea, coffee and sugar. The bathroom was also very clean and there were dental kits, shampoo and body wash available. The view was amazing and the location was very convenient as it was opposite the beach, a walk away from restaurants and stores and not too forget that it is also near the airport. They provide you with international plugs and a beach towel upon request and can even organize a taxi for you if need be. It was definitely worth the money and we highly recommend it.

It's a good hotel to stay at for one night before your transfer to a different island/airport. The room is clean and neat, it's close to a beach, wi-fi worked well-enough. If you leave earlier than breakfast starts they can give you takeaway (nothing fancy, but it's food).

The room is tiny, so closing the windows and turning on AC results in very stale air. Luckily you can keep the windows open and turn on the fan instead. The transfer is also $30, while the taxi to get there from the airport was just 10, so maybe just get a taxi instead.

A convenient location for an overnight after or before a flight. Close to a beach and in walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice view from room over a beach and the sea. WiFi works well.

A/C blows into one's face, when in bed. Just three plastic hangers in the wardrobe. No soap, either solid or liquid, by the washbasin in the bathroom. No bath mat. Limited choice at the breakfast buffet (beans, scrambled eggs, sandwiches). Payment by credit card with an extra charge of 3%.

My first visit in Rivethi Beach since 2022. Small and uncomplicated the hotel has competition throughout the neighborhood in Hulhumale. I came back after staying in 2 other places because Rivethi Beach Hotel really is a step above the others. The maintenance of the property, the willingness of the staff to help, the hot water! (I like my hot water.) Breakfast is friendly and satisfactory. I love sitting at the small table looking out to the beach and seeing the sunrise, and in the evening from the same place I can see families come out as temperatures cool. And the children have so much fun! Special thanks for helping me to arrange rides each day to the business venues in Male.

- Breakfast has not changed in 18 months. lol - I lost internet connection several times. But generally it was fine. - The toilet paper is a lonnngg reach from the toilet.

Good location, near the beach. Close to lot of cafes and restaurants.

Property could do with some upliftment. There are better hotels in this price range in Male.

Built in a good location when you can have a surf view.

Amenities like more water and some good quality coffees instead of Nescafé could be much nicer.

Internet connection is weak and not stable

The staff were amazing. The warmth and help we received was beyond. Definitely a place to go. It was a birthday trip and they surprised us with a cake and sang happy birthday, even made a cute video of it all. It was just wow. Suresh, Rahman, Dhana, Ruwan and our main guy Hansa were super helpful and organised everything for us from the beginning to an end. Would love to come back just to see the guys and probably one day we definitely will. If there was a grade 11 instead of 10, they would receive 12. This was my second stay at Rivethi Beach in less than a week, having gone south to Addu City for 2 nights in between. It was so good to return to Rivethi, knowing the place would be comfy as I closed out 30 days on the road. I was able to chill for 24 hours, get in a dive. Relax and regroup for the trip home. Rivethi Beach was perfect.

Nothing fell through the cracks thanks to the attention of every staff member at Rivethi Beach. They went out of their way to ensure that my time was my time. Ordered a car for me when needed, and wished me well. Until next time.
