Location: Quiet area near some embassies, but within walking distance of the more crowded areas. Staff: Friendly and helpful, Special thanks to Sidahmed. Breakfast: It's being served, which is not bad. It's sufficient, but could perhaps include 1 piece of fruit. Room: I had a single room, which was spacious and had a balcony. The bathroom was good. The bed was comfortable. Good value especially compared to prices of other hotels in Nouakchott. I would stay again.

Not a dislike, but the hotel is missing the finishing touch. It's a potentially good hotel and would even be better if they would cross the T's and dot the I's. Make sure that all lights are working, room signs are working, door frames are properly secured and it will even be a better small scale hotel. The airport shuttle fee is too expensive. Half of what is being offered would be fair.

The bed were comfortable, and all ot the time we used to have electricity and hot water, which in Mauretania it's never a "guarantee option". Most of the good restaurants are not far away from the hotel

It's quite pricey for the things it offers. The breakfast was extremely basic, the toilet needs to be fixed and would be nice in a 4* hotel to have a working fridge (it was hotter inside the fridge than outside) and an electric pot.

First I have to say Fatma at reception is amazing. So helpful. As for the tall night porter or security very rude.Breakfast was supposed to ready as I was having it to go but wasn't as we agreed on the day before. Taxi came so had to go.overall had a nice stay here as rooms are comfortable

extremely clean hotel, modern, very easy to find and close to all the main areas of restaurants and other facilities. The stuff super welcoming and accommodating of any extra request. room not as big as it might seem in the photos but extremely nice and clean, ac working perfectly. toilet very clean and shower head working perfectly

I would have improved the breakfast experience, but I think we were the only clients and with the covid situation the buffet wasn't operating. I also would get rid of all the plastic flowers around the hotel, in case put some real plants as it will be more refreshing for the hall.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I loved the fact that the chef was anytime available to cook delicious dishes.

The transfer offered from the airport to the hotel is too expensive

The comfortable bed in a bright room with AC was excellent, and the front desk staff goes beyond to help with requests. The 11:30am breakfast made specifically for me is definitely a highlight.

Wonderful hotel, lovely staff, fantastic breakfast and dinner. The team made me feel very welcome. Very much recommended. I'd be very happy to stay there again.
