The location was beautiful. Beautiful beach front, pools, property. Well maintained and amazing views. We saw whales every single day just 300 yards from the property. Amazing! We had access to the spa through our Bonvoy gold status. That was also so nice and relaxing - cold plunge, 2 hot tubs, sauna. Daniel was an incredible attendant. Guadalupe on the beach was also wonderful. A $10 tip goes a long way. Pitahayas was our favorite meal. Tahona had great tacos. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with an oceanfront balcony. It was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable.

They have a "no saved chairs" policy that they very inconsistently enforce. So SOME ppl can save chairs, but then others just have their belongings removed. There were multiple ppl angry with the inconsistency. It's not ok. The dinner at De Cortez was mediocre at best and very expensive. Tomates was just ok. Gluten free food was a challenge. We were extremely careful so my celiac son didn't get too sick. But they aren't knowledgeable at all the restaurants and we got mixed messages depending on who we asked. They could very easily always have a GF taco option if they choose to. Sirensas did not have GF options except fruit and salad. Tahona was mostly safe if we were clear about celiac.

What a magic place! We saw whales several times during breakfast or while enjoying the pool in the late afternoon. All the staff are extremely helpful and you feel very welcome the whole time. Special thanks to the concierge team who prepared a surprise for my daughter's birthday with great care - they provided chocolate covered strawberries for our arrival and a chocolate cake for her birthday, in addition to having reserved a rooftop in Cabo for us. We woke up every day hearing the birds singing. The hotel is beautiful and the landscaping is impeccable. We will definitely come back again. The breakfast is impeccable. The only room for improvement we found was at the taco restaurant - I thought the flavor and the experience itself left something to be desired, and I would also like to have more options on the menu, but nothing that compromised our overall experience.

Clean, interesting landscaping and design elements throughout. (Mosaic,Tiles, tree with glass hearts…). Spa was nice and also very unique and relaxing. Great views.

Never enough chairs at pool. Ever. Staff, kinda helped, but too many old people were saving seats that they never used. Restaurant service was terribly slow. So glad that we did not do the all inclusive package. Food was pretty ok, but usually someone in group had freezing cold food, because.., well, kitchen timing was non-existent.

Everything, views, staff, and 5 pools so never feels crowded! Water pressure in the shower is amazing, and it doesn't feel hard. My skin and hair felt amazing. Staff was so nice from the time you get there to just around the grounds. Staff ready in Golf carts to take you all around if you don't want to walk. Not high pressure Staff for activities, sales etc like at other resorts. Actually, it is very peaceful. Food was affordable for the most part, they have so many options, different restaurants, store on property to buy food so whatever your budget you can find something. Uber to town is about $13 US for a smaller car for 4 one way.

Tequila volleyball is not all tequila, it's watered down with lots of soda which was not very cool. Oh and 4 hot tubs, 2 out of the 4 are usually cold but usually there are at least 2 that are hot. Other than that it was really great!

Great location. our room was well equipped, maintained & clean. Its a beautiful property showcasing the spanish style with great facilities & staff.

The staff at check in had not taken the details of one of the guests & we were stopped on our way to our villa late one night to ask for that information. It felt very intrusive being stopped on our way to bed, late at night. It should have been handled differently.

At the very moment that you walk in, you feel like you’re in paradise. Gorgeous ocean view. Quiet and relaxing ambiance.

The staff (in general) could definitely be more friendly. At the restaurants in the property, they always took forever to greet, assign a table and take your order. You had to be basically chasing people to get their attention. We order room service twice and twice they got it wrong.

Spectacular ocean views, delicious food, a beautiful and quiet beach right in front, and the kindest staff. I celebrated my birthday here and they surprised me with cakes all day long – such a thoughtful touch!

My only regret is not having more time to enjoy this paradise.

We had a fantastic family vacation! it was so beautiful and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly..except for the first 2 days when we needed towels by the pool. They acted like we just needed to accept that there weren’t any. it was the only really frustrating thing about our trip. People need to be warned that they need to ask for towels from the front desk if they arrive in the afternoon and keep them for the next morning. Then you can exchange them as needed when they show up. Sorry to belabor the only negative thing! The place, housekeeping, valet staff, front desk, restaurants were exceptional! The views, beach and so many whales and stingrays were amazing!! Also, getting family pictures was awesome!!

The towel shortage.

The staff were extremely friendly and seemed happy to work on the property. Everything was nice and family friendly. The property felt safe as there were two security check points when entering the property.

There were hidden fees, such as having to pay for water at the restaurants. We were charged for multiple bottles of water, however we never saw the actual bottles to compare to what we were being charged. We were required to complete a COVID test prior to departure, while they had onsite testing which was great, however there were no clear instructions on where to go or what to do.

The resort was beautiful! Room was spacious, pools were clean, and amenities were well kept. We could always find a chair and pools were not crowded. Lovely views, nice and helpful staff!

The only thing I can think of is that the food and drinks were a little pricey. Also, you cannot swim at the beach right outside the hotel.
