Property was well maintained and clean, and the pools were lovely. There were good facilities for outdoor activities and the gym was good. The staff who we interacted with were amazing. So kind and polite and genuine. The “adults” pool was nice and quiet and the views there are so nice.

The rate for each night was very high, considering that the rooms are not updated. The style of the resort is nice, but some things could be updated. Drinks, food and water onsite was very overpriced!

What I really liked about the property was the location, the view, and the staff. Upon arrival, the room booked through booking was not as described, we did not have ocean views although it was explained ocean view means you can lean out and see the ocean from your balcony which we could, but we did not have a separate living space which was absolutely necessary since I was traveling with two female friends. I spoke to the concierge and she offered an upgrade at what I thought was a fair price and the room we were given was absolutely gorgeous and we had our own private Butler, who I thought was more like a concierge. There was a large variety of restaurants and the service was always good. Our Butler Enrique was amazing and I did the club sales tour, which was kind of like a timeshare and I didn’t feel that it was too high-pressure when I said no.

What I didn’t like about the property was you could not walk on the beach. The coastline was very rocky and the resort is built into a hill so you are not close to the ocean as it looks in the pictures, but the views are spectacular. Another thing we did not like was while it was all inclusive, room service was not part of your all inclusive and you could not bring food from the restaurant to your room. I also didn’t like the fact that you had to sign and close out your bar tab every hour. I would not book through Booking.com again because I feel you do not get the top-of-the-line rooms that are promised in the description and you end up getting leftovers.

There was an AGGRESSIVE push towards selling you their version of a timeshare. If you sit through it, you get a free breakfast and can purchase discounted excursions. NOT worth it. Every time I said no, they sent another team member over to talk to me. The 90 minutes presentation they promised took most of the day. We spent almost 5 hours. We lost an entire day.

We loved everything about our stay here! The facilities were excellent and the restaurant options as part of the all inclusive were awesome, tasty and great value.

The only thing we didn't appreciate was the property tour they enticed us to go on to recieve additional discounts on tours and things. They said it would be a 90 minute tour (which we could of lived with) but it went for 4 hours! it took our whole morning and left a bit of a sour taste in our mouth with how pushy they were to purchase property. People must say yes all the time but when you say no thank you I need to think about it they really turn sales tactics up. We also didn't like that you can't call ubers into the property to pick you up and then they charge extortionate prices to have their own transport take you to san jose del cabo or the airport. Other than that our stay was lovely and we would come back

The setting of the resort by the sea was breath-taking! The grounds were more beautiful than expected. Our room had spectacular views. The service of the staff exceptional. They made us feel very welcome and pampered. Tips were appreciated. The food was delicious ! The spa was amazing also. We will definitely be back!

The lack of clarity on the different all-inclusive levels (basic, premium, etc.) was confusing Some items on the menu like full bottles of wine are not included, but the waiters presented us with the wine list at dinner without letting us know. The options should be provided on the website. Also we didn't like how, after check-in, we were detained by a salesman trying to sell us the vacation club. And our drinks seemed watered down.

Food was really good! Typically with All Inclusive's, I expect to be eating average or subpar food but this hotel had great options. My favorite restaurant on the property was the trajinero! Staff was also very kind. Gustavo, working at the Patio restaurant by the pool was the best! He was eager to help my group and always had a great attitude! He was a big part of our trip being so great!

Service was a little slow at some of the restaurants. Not all restaurants are slow but most are on the slower side. We also had a little issue with our towels. We would put our dirty towels on the shower floor, as requested, they would get taken but new towels would not be provided so we were short on towels a few days and had to share.

The location and scenery was great. There were no chaises that faced the ocean. Those were only available for members or if you were at the adult pool. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice variety. We had to pay extra for water at breakfast.

Uber service was not allowed access to pick up from hotel. That was very inconvenient and part of hotels agenda to have guests pay $7 for shuttle service each way per guest to their sister hotel at the Marina. Not cost effective for a family with kids. For a luxury hotel - No complimentary coffee service or water in the room.

we loved the views , The Villa’s, and the pools. The workers in the lobby area were very friendly and very helpful and attentive.

The smell of fish in our bathroom refrigerator and kitchen sink area. Also we did not care for that the whole resort was not all inclusive. Restaurant the restaurant staff was hit or miss summer extremely awesome and friendly others were not. Along with that the food was hit or miss sometimes try to be too fancy and just not very good. The resort is also not handy cap friendly lots of walking lots of stairs. They do have golf carts to get you around yet I would advise those with a handicap not to go to this resort.

The pools and jacuzzis were amazing, especially the adults only with a swim up bar. The food was delicious. Staff was friendly. I also loved the amenities in the room, view, and balcony furniture.

The bed was very uncomfortable, way too hard. One of the rooms was freezing even with the AC turned off and there was a constant weird sound. The resort was farther from the Marina and downtown than I anticipated.

1- Perfect location overlooking the ocean, interior decoration tastefully showcasing Mexican colours & style against classical wooden furniture. 2- Adults only pool section had the most stunning view out towards the coastline, incredibly relaxing watching and listening to the waves crashing 4- We ate at the Italian pizza place and appreciated the gorgeous view again. 5 - Staff were friendly and made the stay enjoyable. 6 - Room with ocean view is a must, was the center piece of our stay with balcony overlooking the Pacific with view towards Cabo

Only things we didn’t appreciate was 1) no free water in rooms and charged 7 USD for a bottle out of the fridge (note, no information in room about drinks cost so was only a nice ‘surprise’ on check out), scandalous given that other “cheaper hotels” we stayed in across southern Baja always provided clean drinking water. It is penny pinching in the wrong area 2) layout of hotel and heat in June means you rely of golf caddies to move around, considering that it is a necessity I don’t think guests should be obligated to tip every single ride.
