The staff was exceptional and friendly. From the cleaners leaving fresh towels at our door to Carlos the security guy going above and beyond, and Manny the groundskeeper , everyone was helpful and friendly. We rented 5 units for family and had the place to ourselves. Easy to find just off the main highway and close to everything. Out of all the places we have stayed at in el valle these had the most consistent hot water in the showers. The rooms are small but have almost everything we needed.

It would be perfect if there were mini fridges in the rooms with a couple of wine glasses and wine bottle opener. Since there was no one renting the 2 bedroom unit, management let us use the refrigerator and wine glasses from there. But if it were being rented while we were there it would have been a huge bummer. Other than that everything was great.

Easy and quick check-in. Property was very clean, quiet and beautifully landscaped. Room was clean and modern. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurant for breakfast.

The staff was very attentive and polite. We liked how close the hotel was to different restaurants and wineries, so we did not have to drive a lot to find something to do. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a guard at night keeping an eye out on the facility, which was a plus. I recommend this place.

I really enjoyed our rooms and that it was small and tight knit. The staff was very nice. They were very helpful the whole time we were there. We also really enjoyed the firepits that could be turned on it front of your room or in the communal area.

I did not mind this but if you want extra amenities this is not it. You pretty much only have your room and whats in it, nothing more, nothing less.

It is a small little property with gorgeous landscaping and attention to details. The room was pretty, stylish and comfortable. Check in and out were easy!

If they offered breakfast or if they had a little a little pool for the Summer months it would be fantastic.

Lovely new property. Rooms were modern and fresh. The reception staff was great. We unfortunately got a flat tire, and she was able to help us translate with a local tire shop in Ensenada and found us a tire.

Everything was good.

Well located, clean rooms, basic amenities, great shower heads with hot water in the 2-bedroom house. The owners were very responsive and helpful but not on property much.

It is not fully completed. There was a hook missing to hang towels in the bathroom, the other bathroom light fixture leaked onto the floor from the rain, there is no circulation in the bathroom so the towels never dry, the Sur La Table coffee maker did not work in single room. They need to make sure every room is stalked, working well, coffee and creamer with coffee maker, etc before having guests stay there. Also, there are no services on the property and no fridge to store food in the single rooms. Also, the shower glass door is not long enough so water splashes on floor. We had towels on the bathroom floor so it wasn’t slippery. is Lastly, the heaters did not work consistently so was hard to keep a steady temp, plus a bit loud when heat fan kicks in. Lots of room for improvement if they attend to these things so everything works.
