Beautiful, comfortable, spacious little villa with great privacy and view overlooking the vineyard. Very comfortable firm mattress with nice linens and towels. Lavender is planted everywhere and huge bushes of it so the whole property smells amazing.

I wish their restaurant had espresso/coffees available earlier. There was a basic coffee maker in room, which was nice, but it would have been great to be able to grab a morning cappucino or espresso or hot chocolate. The sunrise and early morning looking over and wandering around the property is exquisite- sat on a swing reading my book while my partner slept in and really would have been nice to be able to have a hot beverage in hand.

I've stayed here before and this hotel is on my list of places I'd stay again, especially when I see Genius deals like the one that inspired me to book. The room is nice and I love the terrace, and ability to park next to your room.

The air conditioning takes a while to cool the room so after a long day of wine tasting and dining in Valle de Guadalupe. The toilet is a very low flush and you might consider labeling it.

It was very pretty, the food from the restaurant very good as well, also the locations to gather with others were very nice.

Our room was weirdly distributed, it was room 7 and the mirror wasn’t next to a plug so when getting ready it was a bit of a struggle, as well as the shower did not like that it was at the top and water didn’t have much pressure.

The room and the surroundings are very nice. The fish and meat we ate at the restaurant were very good.

The shower head was not working well. At the restaurant, the mashed potatoes were cold and the dessert awful, and the staff was rather rude in making us understand they were closing soon. Also, we booked six months in advance and such paid a lot more than if we had booked only a week or two before, and that’s “a bit” frustrating.

I loved the jacuzzi! It was warm, and the view/environment was beautiful. Elizabeth, the receptionist, was amazing, so sweet and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The food was good, I loved the habañero lemon salsa - I wish I could have taken that back home with me. They also saved my clothes that I accidently left in the closet - life savers! Elizabeth also connected us with an excellent and friendly driver, Cecilia, who took us to a lovely dinner and picked us up. The roads are a little tricky or there, especially at night with no signs, so it was nice to be driven. I would recommend this location to stay while visiting Valle de Guadalupe. I imagine the pool in the summer would be lovely, we didn't use it as it was pretty cold in early D December when we visited.

The shower pressure was not very strong in the shower when the shower was on warm/ hot which was disappointing, but other than that, our stay was good and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The property looks great just like the photos. The staff was amazing, escorted us to the room and opened the door for us. You can’t get that kind of treatment anymore. Everyone was very welcoming, helpful and responsive. I love that you can message the staff on whatsapp anytime. The rooms are huge, beds and pillows are comfy and we love that it has your own designated parking just outside your room. Restaurant service was amazing too with good selection of drinks and foods. The pool is the right size, jacuzzis was amazing. The resort feels very quiet, homey, private. Will definitely come back!

I love the location, it is very centric and near everything. Also that is right there in the vineyard

It seems nobody was there working, no staff and because of that it was not very clean , i saw some spiderwebs in the bathroom. I feel that it was not worth the value

Easy to navigate, clean, friendly staff. Beautiful landscaping.

Our rooms looked out into the parking lot with supplies and other random objects. We had looked forward to relaxing on the deck but didn’t feel like it looking out onto the parking lot. Jacuzzi wasn’t warm and made our skin itch. Jacuzzi tiles falling apart injured our feet at the bottom we had to pick them out. Pool was filled with bugs and debri. A little bit is understandable but the pool clearly hasn’t been at least scooped out that day.

Great hotel with wonderful service. Our room was spotless, and José Luis assisted us at the front desk and throughout our stay. The restaurant was excellent— the chilaquiles and pancakes were fantastic! We look forward to visiting again soon.

You have to "book" the jacuzzis an hour before you want to use them.

The staff went above and beyond to meet our every need, even when it meant bending the rules a bit.

The room we stayed in wasn't as cozy as I had hoped, and we had some issues with the amenities (like a clogged sink). Still, the staff was always quick to try and fix things.
