Our room got changed to one with a partial ocean view, which was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Watching the sunset from the beach was lovely.

The bathroom was a little worn down and dated. It was not clear how the air conditioning worked (the on button was a random light switch on the wall), so for the first few nights we just propped open the door and windows. However, this brought mosquitos into the room. The beach in front of the hotel has strong waves. The only time to safely enter the water is in the morning. The hotel pool was usually full of children, so it's not the place for someone looking for a child-free holiday.

We loved the pool and being able to hear the ocean, having the beach so close. Our rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Tbe staff are very helpful and friendly. We love staying at the Marbella.

There was no elevator access in our building so getting all our luggage up and down the stairs and having to climb so many stairs up and down anytime we were in or out with small children and strollers was a real struggle. We were on the last floor upstairs. 3rd floor of the entrance builfing, though they call it the 2nd floor, Lobby I guess counts as 1st fooor.

We didn't like that there are no refrigerators in the room and the air conditioning only has a wall switch to turn it on and off. There is no way to control the temperature.

Great place and great people at the hotel but the resturant needs some public and customer service help as they simply do not get it

The facility was nice and clean, better than expected after reading other people's reviews. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and rooms were spacious.

No refrigerator in rooms or washcloths. Otherwise, everything else was awesome

Lack of an elevator was s big problem I would fix this immediaely.

The hotel was in a great location with amenities within walking distance. Loved that it was right by the beach. The room accommodations were roomie and comfortable.

The room opened up onto the beach which was surrounded by a glass enclosure. The pounding waves and sunset views were gorgeous yet secure. The restaurant was outstanding. We ate outside in an open enclosure on the beach but had the option to be inside an air conditioned area. The food was excellent as well as universal.

The bed was very hard and made getting to sleep difficult, and my back ache the next day.

Location, balcony with sea view, secure parking, service especially Patty in reception, and the restaurant. We have visited for over 20 years and will return.

No coffee machine in room, tv had no HDMI connection for Roku, bed was a bit firm for us.

Breakfast included fresh squeezed juices, like grapefruit, carrots, etc. Huevos A la Mexicana are excellent. We Sat looking over the ocean and the staff was attentive.

I couldn't figure out how to use the ceiling fan but the A/C worked.
