The suite we were placed in was great, it had more than enough space for all 5 of us, it was apart from the other rooms, so it was quieter and very private, had its own garage and access to the room from it besides the main entrance. The food was great, beverages were OK, good variety of national liquor

One of the air conditioning units broke and stayed broken, luckily we had 2 other functional so, we didn't miss the broken one. Beer was only one brand, a little more variety would have been nice. Saturday night, there was an event and we couldn't have dinner inside the restaurant, we were placed in tables really far apart, in the open and in the dark

The suite is a good size. There are two rooms and 2 bathrooms. The food was good however the snack options were limited. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was old and the doors were falling apart. The toilets were clogged and they had to repair one on the 3rd day. There is no elevator in the building which made going up the stairs with luggage hard. The electrical outlets were exposed which is dangerous for kids. This hotel has a lot of potential but needs lots of repairs and work; it's literally falling apart.

Only the location. The rest was not good.

Everything else but location. It was dirty, old, not taken care of, and expensive for what we got.

The only good thing was its extreme proximity to the beach and very helpful staff

1. The rooms are exact opposite to the pictures given in Booking.com 2. The hotel looks shabby like a low class motel 3. There was leakage in one of the washrooms of the room, this caused water filled the room and the stairs outside. 4. When asked to change rooms, another dirty room was shown where there was no hot water. In the end we had to compromise even after paying 7K+ pesos 5. Many of the times food was getting over and not refilled 6. The drinks being served very low grade with cheap alcohol 7. The pools were dirty and no one bothered to clean

I don’t like anything I can’t stay there because was so bad to much deteriorating paint was bad was so depressing be on this room so I didn’t stay there

The building, is rundown, main front door has a hole in it, ac didn't work, no mini fridge, rooms had bugs, shower nob were falling off,horrible mattress, to expensive for the place been in such bad condition. I will never come back
