I thought the complimentary breakfasts were nice (although being offered a second cup of coffee would’ve been nicer), and the ladies working the dining room were most pleasant. Also, the hotel’s location right in the center is superb.

One of the windows in our room was broken (letting in insects at times) and another was loose, resulting in much rattling in the wind. (Easy fix with a tourist brochure, though.) Also, the view from our 2nd-floor window was entirely of a masonry wall, which was disappointing since the room description given by Booking.com said it included a “City View.”

Staff service and cleaning

The equipment is too old, they have to renew a lot of equipments. A bit noisy at night because of the street. Bad experience

It was in the down town area. Around the corner there are coffee shops and other shops. Centro de Fe church was 2 blocks away.

Very small rooms and tiny bathroom , toilet and shower are situated so that you hit your head trying to sit down on toilet seat. Found cockroachs twice in the bathroom and a ugly black beetle twice also. I tried to get the managers name but the front desk are instructed to not give it out, not even a phone number. I left my number but 4 days have gone by and no phone call. 1st day we had paid in full for the 15 days ( reservations made on line). Pictures are deceiving, your better off in a 4 or 5 star hotel (Hilton, Hampton, city express). My son stayed in the room next to us, he had bed bugs in his room and was bitten various times. NO APOLOGIES ,NO REACHING OUT BY THE HOTEL MANAGER . Will never stay at Maria Teresa again.

October 2022

The location is the only reason I stayed here in the first place, aside from the fact that it was incredibly inexpensive.

The hotel is old and run down, it isn't very clean, the facilities don't work well, and worst of all they have bed bugs. After several nights of being bitten up I finally found them; I took pictures and a video and I presented them to the staff. I was offered another room, which obviously was unacceptable, but I was not given a refund for the remaining three days and two nights I had already paid for there, and in cash, upon my arrival. So at 4:00am I left the hotel for a different one without any return of money.
