The room was huge and clean. The staff in reception was very kind. I had a lot of questions to figure out the bus and they were helpful and patient. A big shout out to Daniel. He took me to my room and it had a terrible odor. I was going to try to handle it. Daniel told me he would not put me in that room. He politely told me to wait and he came up shortly with a key to a different room. That was so thoughtful! The Wifi was good and that was helpful to me. It was an amazing value! The price was so low I could not believe it.

It was a lot farther to the central area than I expected, long walk. Couple little problems with the room .

I stay in this hotel once a year, when I visit my family in Pachuca and every year everything has been constantly good in every way

The only little thing I would improve is to provide a few more bottles of water and more coffee kits in the room, but when I've asked for more, I've had them brought to my room, so no complaints 😊

It’s my third time staying at this hotel. I like the design of it and it’s very comfortable

Water in the pool was cold, my daughter couldn’t enjoy it as planned. The surrounding is not pleasant, there’s an abandoned lot next to the hotel, which takes away the charm.

Location is OK, on a main street with quite some traffic, rooms on the site street to still a quites room. Breakfast is not included but several a la carte, with a good choice of options. rooms has a small fridge for beverages - ( no minibar service) still good and not often found in Pachuca.

Location, clean common areas, clean and good size room and bathroom, comfortable bed, staff was outstanding!

The large pool’s water was very cold, and the treadmill in the gym wasn’t working.

Hotel has air conditioning with heating function which was very useful for our stay as the temperatures were quite low. The hotel staff was very friendly. THey let us leave our car in the garage on our last day when we had a flat tire.

It was kind of charmless. No hot water in the shower. A strange feature is that the elevator doesn’t go to the parking garage below. So one has to walk one’s luggage down a ramp or take the stairs. Not a big deal, but strange.

The property seemed new and smelled very clean. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful.

Hot tub was not hot. Swimming pool cold. It was difficult to travel to local restaurants due to The street arrangement of the city.

Without a doubt, you will get a great value for your money. The room was towards the back where it was quiet and away from the traffic. The shower was hot and plentiful. Even the location was prime with easy access to a restaurant in the lobby or across the street. (If you are in the mood for some good drinks and eats with great music), check out La Uno across the street.)

It was hard to say there's anything we didn't like. In fact, it was probably one of the best Best Western I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. If anything I didn't like, it would be the tile floor in the shower. I would prefer some kind of surface that doesn't make me concerned about slipping.
