The location for us was perfect and the hotel was quiet at night, the bedding was very clean which was great . The receptionists were helpful and friendly. When I asked for a friend she got one and an extra towel with no problems
The kitchen was not well stocked, I had one frying pan.. no knives forks and only two spoons. We had two plates two bowls and two cups, I know there's only two people but still when you want to prepare a meal you need more than just the basics. There were no pots pans etc no coffee machine

It was a good place for a few nights. The beds were comfortable. The location was decent.
It’s the only place on our travels that I’ve ever been charged a fee to store my luggage after check out. I asked the concierge for storage for 2hours and was told there was a fee of 200pesos, I was so shocked that I just paid it upfront without thinking about it. but I’m fairly sure it just went in his pocket. Considering the cost of living in Mexico 200pesos is a lot of money.

The apartment is quite big, has a very large living room, and also has a desk and an integrated kitchen, with microwave and a medium size fridge (that includes 2 waters). I liked it. The location is quite good, as you are 5 min walk from the WTC, and have access to many restaurants and an oxxo.
They have many rules, including paying extra if you want to check-in before 3, and paying extra if you want to check.out after 11. However, one of them was that after 10:30pm It would be quiet time, and there was a neighbor fight until 1:30am that did not let me sleep, and they gave them a notice and told me they could not do anything additional to it. Didn't enjoy that at all, why have rules, if people are going to break them anyway, and you won't do a thing about it? Also, WIFI is decent, I had some problems with it, and the TV also struggles with the streaming services from time to time.

The appartment is really big, bright, lots of windows, comfy bed, modern bathroom, and all that you need in the kitchen. The staff was there to help quickly, when I had questions. Wifi worked well, even though mine wasn't on, but the one from next door was strong enough for long video calls. Little oxxo just a few minutes away and a bigger supermarket like 7min walk. Cute little coffee shops and really good Indian restaurant close by on New York Street.
I was woken up two times in the morning by knocking on the door, since they wanted to fix the wifi in my appartment, so I had to tell them to please not come knocking right away in the morning the first two days I'm staying there. The wifi wasn't fixed, even though a technician came, but I could use the neighbor's one and that was strong. My hot water was on the first day, but somehow off the next days, and even when they came to turn it on, it still wasn't hot water in the shower. The space is great, but not necessarily cosy since there is no decoration or no "feminine" element, lots of sharp edges, a little sterile. I brought flowers for the week I was staying.

For the price, this apartment was great! It was the perfect place for a single person staying for a short period of time. It was easy to find and it was nice to find an apartment in a building with 24-hour front desk staffing.
The bathroom is really small and the wifi was unreliable. After I checked in, I couldn't figure out how to access the wifi and had to go downstairs and ask the person at the front desk to help. Luckily they were at a shift change and there were 2 people there, so one of them was able to come up to the apartment to show me how to access the wifi. But about an hour later, I noticed my phone had disconnected from the wifi. When I tried to re-connect, the network didn't show up on the list of available networks. Since I was only planning to stay one night, I didn't bother with going back downstairs to ask for help from the front desk (the person wouldn't have been able to leave the desk to come to the apartment anyway).

Nice apartment hotel in a good area of Mexico City. The apartment was nice and very spacious; there's a kitchenette although there isn't much in terms of pans and pots to cook (not that we ever thought of cooking...). The wardrobe is quite large as well and the bathroom was nice. The bed was very large and comfortable.
There is no aircon in the apartment (fortunately we didn't need it during our stay).

Location is great in a safe neighborhood. Convenience stores all around. The size of the suite was very accommodating. Big TV and comfy bed.
Linens and towels need to be replaced. Those felt very old and we're not soft at all. Among the big set of rules, it was stated that no noise after 22:00, and still some other suite had people over and laughing out loud well after 1:00 am. The bathroom is very small and the sink was clogged.

This hotel is a convenient option for a short term stay. The apartment is quite spacious and location is great. There are several cofee shops and restaurant walking distance. Internet works fine in the living room but not the bedroom. The price is great for what you get.
There are minor details that would make the stay a bit more comfortable, such as having 1-2 bottled waters in the room. Elevator button on the 4th floor did not work, so we simply walked one floor down and took the elevator from there.

loved the location, 24/7 concierge, the place was very safe and clean. The apartment we rented was not cleaned during our stay, but this was fine as the staff told us before our stay. Bed was very comfortable, apartment regulated temperature well, and the shower temperature and pressure is the best we’ve had in Mexico City!
the only complaint is that the drains smelled bad at certain times during the day, but as far as we could tell this isn’t the hotel’s fault it’s an issue with the neighbourhood.
