We had a wonderful stay, despite falling ill on our last day. Thank you for your hospitality and care. We truly enjoyed your property and the surrounding area. It was lovely to immerse ourselves in the traditional neighborhood where Frida Kahlo lived, just a 10-minute walk from her museum. My aunt loved her birthday cake; it was truly a special moment! Thank you for the birthday wishes. The property is very close to the main square, shops, and restaurants, and we always felt safe. We want to extend our gratitude to Tamara and your team! We also appreciate the assistance from the lady who helped us when we left; the hot tea she provided made a difference and we felt much better.

GORGEOUS boutique hotel. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and absolutely a great value. It exceeded our expectations. We were in a king room with a private balcony/patio area that was full of greenery and string lights, like our own little private oasis. There were lots of thoughtful little details like a QR code map to the Coyoacan area, USB ports in the bedside outlets, fruit in the kitchenette area, free juice and beer in the fridge, makeup and shoeshine towels, etc. I didn't want to leave and hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Essentially a non-issue for us, but the room was not well insulated from noise inside the hotel - so we could clearly hear people talking from the common areas, which may be bothersome to some people trying to rest or work during the day. However, the hotel itself is tucked away on a side street, sheltered from road and restaurant noise, and making it extremely quiet for well-located hotel in CDMX. I am very sensitive to noise and had zero problems. We also always sleep with earplugs so if there was any noise at night inside the hotel, we didn't notice.

Everything. Breakfast was exceptional. I am a vegetarian/not vegan and there were two hard boiled eggs for me, cheese, fruits, yogurt, delightful little pastries (most hotels only have sweet breads) coffee, tea, juice, toast/jam. Room and building design was beautiful. Beds and bedding super comfortable, crisp and clean. Shower head a dream. I love Coyacan and San Angel so the location is great for me. But the best was the loving, kind, care, attention and service of the staff.

Nothing really, I always like a pool to do laps and a. gym but can do without next time I stay in Mexico City at this exceptional boutique hotel.

We would highly recommend H21. From the moment we arrived at Mexico airport, Christian was in touch with us confirming their driver was waiting for us at the exit. Upon arrival at the H21 property, again Christian and his team made us feel so very welcome, explaining everything about the area and property. The H21 property is beautiful, every detail has been carefully chosen with thoughtful gestures everywhere you look. Each room is named and our room “Patience” was so beautiful, extremely spacious with amazing amenities. Every where you looked there was something to make you’re stay that little more comfortable, from the beautiful breakfast/sitting room called “Serenity” with its gorgeous decor and fabulous light breakfast snacks to the lovely toiletries in your bathroom, just beautiful. The location of the property in Coyoacan was amazing, we were 5 mins walk to centre square where each day/night it was filled with families enjoying the shade amongst the lovely trees. We were surrounded by restaurants, so were never bored for choices on where to eat. Thank you Christian to you and your fantastic team for making our stay wonderful and also a special shout out to “Artichoke” the properties gorgeous little puppy.

Loved everything about this hotel from the warm and very kind and helpful staff to the decor and comfort of the room to the location, which is around the corner from the main plazas. We loved our cozy room with big bed, terrace "living room" and huge shower. Each room is special and very private because of how the building is laid out. Christian, Pablo, and all the others there made us feel like we were at home. We've traveled a lot and have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was one of our favorites of all time.

We loved everything about this wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived we were greeted like friends. The owners and all of the staff were so lovely & friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Our son became unwell during our stay and they arranged for a Dr to come to the hotel to see him and allowed us to check out later so he could be in bed for longer. The hotel itself is so beautiful. The decor is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect. You can easily walk to all of the sites and there are lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

The staff was extraordinary: our first afternoon we walked over to a local restaurant and during our meal the skies unleashed a downpour that caused some street flooding. I received a call from Claudia (?) at the hotel reception who offered to bring us umbrellas. She arrived with a huge smile and three large umbrellas. Just an example of what a small boutique hotel in Mexico that cares about its guests is willing to do. And, I’ll plug the rooms since they’ve put a lot of thought and design into the layout. Bright, semi kitchen, large living space plus comfortable beds. And a small courtyard and gorgeous shower/bathroom. Great for 2-3 people. Last plug- the bakery/Panneria two blocks away is worth a trip- fresh, wildly diverse mix of scrumptious baked goods at a tenth of the price in most US cities. Breakfast for $1.00?? Gracias y por favor!

Only unfortunate thing was a dog barking at 4 am on the first night. Tight, charming Coyoacan - what can be done? No dog second night so likely a one off.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Service, rooms, check in, check out, coffee, beer, juice. My husband’s family lives in Coyoacán and this is the first town we decided to stay in town rather than the city. We didn’t want to leave. It was such a comfortable stay that we felt at home. The owners are amazing and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They accommodated us and his family work no issues. They went above and beyond. Next time we will stay longer!

I loved the location of this hotel and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. I wish i could have stayed longer.

People walking in the hall way with no volume control. Talking in the entry ways to their rooms the volume carries to the other rooms. Please place a sign to not talk in hallways. The kitchen area upstairs was disappointing. They could offer more in the mornings and the two times i did go up one large group was taking up the entire area.

This hotel is a very special place. The attention to detail in every aspect is remarkable, from decor touches to amenities. The owners seem to have thought of everything, including preparing a detailed city guide that they forwarded after we made our reservation. Staff was awesome. Room was really comfortable.

The only "complaint" would be around sound insulation. Because of where our room was located, we could hear much of what was going on in the lobby, but since the activity was scarce, it wasn't really a nuisance as much as something we observed. Similar comment for hearing the activity in the room above us.
