The service was above and beyond. The staff accommodated our requests, like making breakfast a bit earlier than usual because we needed to leave by 7:30am. Emilio at the front desk was so nice and helpful and easy to talk to. The building and patio itself were beautiful and charming - so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were excellent. And free bottled water -- amazing!! So helpful. We'd stay here again and would highly recommend.
We had a big, lovely room across the street from the main Casa Jacinta. It happened to be next to some neighbors (not from Casa Jacinta) who smoked a lot, so our room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke wafting in from the windows. This was unfortunate, but it was a minor thing overall. The staff offered to find us a different room, but we liked how big this room was so we didn't bother to move.

Great location, gorgeous property. Choose this place if you're looking for something authentic and away from the busy city centre. An easy walk to great coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was firm (we liked that). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I wish my Spanish was better so I could speak with the ladies who kept the house. I would absolutely recommend for a non-hotel experience. The breakfast available was also very good.
It was on the pricier end for what you got, but that's more an general comment as there was nothing wrong with our stay and we were very happy.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Great breakfast of fresh juice, fresh fruit, toast, jam, eggs. Lovely courtyard. Excellent location, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, the local square, markets and a big park. Also quiet and peaceful which is nice after spending time in the busy centre of the city. Very safe and secure. Loved watching squirrels play in the tree we could see from our bedroom. Fresh water bottles provided each day. An ofrenda was set up in the dining room as we were there for Dias de Muertos which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again if in Mexico City
It is hard to find something we didn't like, maybe the bathroom a little on the small side? But it is quaint and everything worked so we still liked it 😊

Excellent, quiet, convenient location — very near restaurants, parks, and other amenities while being away from hustle-bustle and low air quality of central districts. Friendly staff. Beautiful garden, interesting artwork. Comfortable cottage with working kitchen.
Would not recommend for small children who are either afraid of or very handsy with dogs. Residents close in complex have dogs that bark a lot, and also leap toward younger kids. Would have been nice to have either more potable water in kitchen dispenser (we were given enough for 2 of our 7 days) or else a water filter installed for sink. We made due with MicroDyne (to avoid plastic). This was not a problem for us (we mostly stayed in Coyoacán), but if you plan to focus on exploring central districts, you will spend a fair amount of time with transits there and back.

We spent 6 night at Casa Jacinta & it is really a jewel. Its an oasis of tranquil loveliness after the kaleidoscope that is La Ciudad. Amazingly quiet even when at capacity we enjoyed our balcony king room( the bed is good) as well as the communal courtyard garden . The rooms are gorgeous and unique. The breakfasts plentiful and great. Its also appointed with real art and good art! But its the staff that make this booking a must— Emiliano, Sarah, Umberto— warm, thoughtful— just above and beyond. We will stay again anytime we are in Mexico City.
The staff! The art and gardens! The food! The bed! The details and ambience.

The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. They upgraded me and my friend to better rooms and let me store my luggage and wait whilst my flight was delayed. The guest house is full of interesting artwork, antiques and beautifully tiled bathrooms. The location is perfect for wandering around Coyoacan - close enough to the main square but far away enough to be quiet.
I initially booked the twin room for me and my friend which is across the road. It wasn't as good as the main guest house rooms so they upgraded us without hesitation.

The property is so charming. It has old school Mexican charm with artistic tiles in the bathroom and tons of space in the room. This felt like a suite but it wasn’t. It is centrally located and well priced. The staff, especially Emiliano are wonderful! They’re warm, kind, and attentive. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone and would stay again.
My husband and I had no complaints. Our stay was lovely b

The property is beautiful and the staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from Plaza Hidalgo with lots of restaurants and shopping options. We felt very safe the entire stay. We HIGHLY recommend Casa Jacinta for your stay in Coyoacan.
The only thing we didn't love about the property was the rooster next door. He likes to get up early and sing. Other than that, I cannot think of another aspect of our stay we weren't satisfied with.

The house itself was super cute and quaint. The hosts were very attentive and highly suggest purchasing the breakfast. It is delicious and nutritious. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house location is a short walk from the Coyoacan center.
The room would get moist during the day, but that was because of the rainy days and not being able to open the windows.

I loved Emiliano. He was so welcoming, easy to communicate with, and nothing was a problem for him. Sara and other staff were also very respectful to me. I loved loved loved the architecture and interior design.
I did not like the bed it was very uncomfortable but after 1 sleep Emiliano did his best to improve that with an extra mattress. That was one issue that was sorted very easily. I apologize that I am not able to share my photos through booking.com but very grateful to the wonderful memories for myself x
