Have been staying here for the second time already because the hotel is an underrated gem of CDMX. Its location is perfect right in the center of the city, close to everything, and at the same time on a nice and quiet street, so you can actually have a decent good-night sleep there. The rooms are clean and spacious, the view from the rooms is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the shower has excellent water pressure and all the necessary items. There is even an iron & an ironing board in the room. The breakfast is actually good and tasty, with very nice variety of freshly cooked options, and the staff is super nice and friendly. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The room is very big and clean. Lots of space and a giant bed, which was also super comfy. Bathroom was clean and had everything that was needed. Staff was super helpful and friendly (we did not really have any issues but it was very convenient that reception is open 24/7). Good location - we felt safe at all times. We did not really walk around during night time but never had any issues or unsafe encounters. Breakfast: Lots of options, very fresh and yummy fruit! We could not get enough!

To stay in your hotel it was such a gift for me ! I booked the room with the balcony and got in the highest floor . The view with sunset was breathtaking! I even didn’t want to leave the room to g anywhere because of the view . Room itself is very comfortable, very airy ( I even didn’t use air con) . Btw air con is working perfectly ( new system) and it is not noisy . Aria is quite , clean, with a lot of caffès, corner shop near by for essential stuff and even food/flower market 5 min walk ( turn right and next street left , then walk 4 min and it will be in your left hand side with flower in front ) Receptionists very kind and well looking after your people . The hotel clean, new and I am giving the highest rating . Just before I was staying in Le Meridian (good hotel but you can’t enjoy neibourhood , nor window to open ) and Emporio Reforma (don’t go there!) . Everyone I will recommend this hotel . It also walking distance to many museums and other attractions. Nice and safe walk to the beautiful La Condesa aria. enjoy your stay ! I wish I cold back but Mexico City so far from London ;). one day !

Location is perfect. Staff is very friendly. Room was spacious and even though it wasn't super new, it was comfortable and met my expectations.

The internet is quite bad. Definitely don't rely on it for work or any other activity that consistently needs a stable connection. I was staying in the 7th floor--not sure if that makes any difference, but beware.

I like the location of the hotel. It is right on Reforma and you can walk safely everywhere from there. The room was nice, the view could have been better, but it was fine. Breakfast was really good, many options to choose.

I didn´t like the little refrigerator, it wasn´t getting my drinks as cold as you would expect.

Here is very convenient access to many landmarks. The room is cleaned daily to maintain cleanliness. The room is quiet and has a nice view.

The WIFI speed was slow, but other than that, nothing bad. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think that this hotel is suitable for long stays.

The location is very good, near the principal street of the city. The room is big and the bathroon is clean. The staff are era kindly and respectful.

The shower does not have good pressure and is not attached to the wall. It looks like a shower head to clean the bathroom!

There is only stairs at the entrance and no porter. Apparently there is a lift for wheelchair, but it’s for wheelchair.. no one will help you to carrying your luggage so if you have big suitcases or some heavy stuff, consider about it.

The location is the best, I have stayed here four times already.

The shower and the toilet. The shower, you have to be careful water doesn't spill out of the shower and the toilet hangs so it feels like it's going to fall when you sit on it!
