Hotel Luca is a lovely Hotel. Staying in Mexico for some weeks, we had three separate stays in the Hotel, staying in both a room on the front, fountain facing, and the rear courtyard facing rooms. All rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and a good size. The front, fountain facing rooms was our favorite, but more expensive. It's particularly lovely especially when the fountain is working. The greenery of the park is beautiful, and was appreciated. Hotel Luca is lucky having one of the best specialist coffee houses in Mexico City on the Ground floor below the hotel. The two businesses are entirely separate. The staff of Hotel Luca were all friendly and helpful. The area around the Hotel is well provided with and amazing range of excellent restaurants and cafes. Getting to the centre of town was relatively easy, but you need to reckon on 15 mins walk to the nearest Metro. ( Or 10mins if you're catching a Metro Bus)

Rooms to the rear of the hotel, facing the courtyard warm up quickly in the morning. Oddly enough, our one negative were the breakfasts. These are perhaps more suited to North American tastes. We could have done with something similar, and things like muesli and yogurt. Or just the option not to have breakfast.

Great location to explore a fun neighbourhood, safe and full of restaurants and bars. The room was huge with a lovely view of the park. Breakfast was excellent and very generous in the top terrace. Very nice and helpful staff.

If you are a light sleeper, choose the rooms of the interior patio. There is loud music near the park on Fridays and Saturdays until 1am. You can't access the breakfast area in a lift. There is one flight of stairs to climb so not perfect for people with mobility issues. The fan in the toilet was ridiculously loud. We had problems with the taxi service that the hotel offered to pick us up from the airport, but it was later solved, and they were apologetic.

the location is nothing to find fault with, terrace breakfast is also amazing. but as an architect, i would strongly recommend this hotel for its nice interior design - not that kind of fashion, luxury type, but simple, clean with a natural touch.

the desk is unusable, for it has no chair and nor table lamp.

Breakfast was amazing - roof top fantastic Hotel location neighborhood was fabulous, and as pictured online. Rooms we choose were great- large and light with big windows facing park. Staff were always friendly and very helpful. We asked for a room change (to what we had asked and paid for). Staff was patient and eventually able to accommodate us. Cleaning women were very good,

Great location in Roma Norte on a peaceful plaza.

I got a balcony room but there was no furniture on the balcony, and it faces an interior courtyard with no atmosphere. There was also only one thick dark curtain, so the curtain needed to be closed for privacy (feels like a fishbowl). It would have been so much nicer with a sheer curtain to let in light but provide privacy.

The location is perfect if you want to explore all the wonderful restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. There’s so many places in a short walking distance. Staff is very friendly and the room was a great size for the price. Very quiet - even though it is a bustling part of town. Great wifi and plenty of English television options. The patio was much smaller than we thought - only had one chair to sit in and I expected to enjoy coffee out there, but there’s an amazing place called Bolero Cafe on the next block (open late!). Also, the cafe on sight wasn’t open often, however we traveled during Christmas. No room service, which I would expect for the price. The A/C was on the fritz but we went during the winter so we kept the balcony door opened (no bugs!).

The staff. Exceptional. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Good shower with hot water !!! Good breakfast included.

Lighting throughout very poor especially in the bathroom. Very hard to shave with light only from the left side. Slippery shower floor. No rubber mat. Hang rail too high for shorter people. I'm 5'6". Fan only worked on high speed.

Great location, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes and bars in Roma and Condesa. Photos on the website are 100% accurate. Great breakfast up on the rooftop.

Would have liked to be able to have a drink on the rooftop in the evening - not a major issue as a lot of options within 3 mins walking

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious and clean I enjoyed having a chair on the balcony.

Evening entry to the building with a guard unlocking front door felt a bit like I was locked out. I wished there were bath robes in the room.

i would be nice if there was a bfast included esp. for Europeans travelers who wakes up very early. A gym would be an added value. I wish my balcony lock actually works. The shower head was not very strong at all!
