The breakfast options were very nice and definitely filling. We stayed in the suite which has plenty of room and was very quite. We appreciated the 24 hour desk service. We tried our best to speak Spanish but the entire staff was fluent in English so having conversations & asking questions was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and we were so grateful for the air conditioning considering it was much hotter in Mexico City than we expected.
They did offer laundry services but it was surprisingly expensive per clothing piece. I would recommend having laundry done elsewhere.

All five of us loved staying here. The managers Hector and Kayleigh answered our every question and helped us with directions and reserving our ride for a very early return to the airport. Usually traveling by Uber, we found the prices very inexpensive and convenient with drivers only a few minutes away. Location is magnificent-a leafy neighborhood near beautiful parks with lavender Jacaranda trees and purple bougainvillea. The villa, once a private home, oozes character with cozy sitting areas inside as well as outside in the garden amid the flowers and trees. Restaurant also in the garden was lovely-serving a very tasty breakfast with lots of choices and good coffee. After a full day of sightseeing, it was relaxing to come home and dine at the restaurant with its varied menu and drinks. Although there are other restaurants easily within walking distance, we chose to eat here- reasonable prices, delicious food and drinks, and an outstanding and patient staff as it took awhile for all five of us to decide! We loved staying here and felt we were at home.
We liked everything and were very content.

Amazing staff, attention to detail, very flexible and open to meet your needs. Blessed with fresh juice, fresh fruit and delicious yoghurt and granola even before you order breakfast. Very knowledgeable and connected with key high-end restaurants and local taco places. Put us in contact with a great local (Armando) guide & driver who was super knowledgeable and educational around the culture, history and all things food!
Creaky floors, but a trivial issue versus the huge positives in this gem of a place nestled in the posh Roma Norte district with a dreamy European vibe.

This lovely, intimate hotel is located in a very safe, great neighbourhood in Mexico City. There are many restaurants and sites within walking distance. The rooms are well sized with comfortable beds. The bathroom is a good size and had a large shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with many food choices that are made to order. The inner courtyard and breakfast/eating area is beautiful and calming. We had one dinner here as well which was very good.
There was no fan in the bathroom so can get very steamy even with the windows open.

We absolutely loved the ambiance/vibe/decor. It really felt like we were in Mexico as opposed to going into any generic hotel. The garden entrance was cute (but beware, there’s no real signage or instructions for entering which was confusing when we first were trying to enter property). The “lobby” area and the 2nd floor of the main building were so nicely decorated. I’ll be dreaming of that Frida print for a long time! We loved our room to include the covered veranda (which was so helpful during rainy season - we didn’t lose the outdoor space to the rain). Only complaint was that the bed was too hard. Staff were friendly and very accommodating of our subpar Spanish. The hotel restaurant food was okay but really came in handy on Independence Day when it was pouring rain and many other places were closed. After leaving here we went to a subpar all-inclusive in Tulum and the whole time I was wishing to be back at Hotel Villa Condesa!
Little confusing to enter property- better signage could be helpful to first time guests. Hard bed.

It is down to earth and charming. Hector was welcoming along with all the staff. The food was wonderfully homemade. I think some rooms are maybe nondescript/more modern, with others of the original style and beautiful. We had Room 8 - beautiful. Our son had #1 - modern but perfect for him.
The bed was a bit small for two but very comfortable. The bathroom was also very small but the room made up for it.

Great location, beautiful facilities and super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Was easy and safe to walk to attractions and other neighborhoods, but calm and quiet. We got breakfast included and it was delicious! They have a great little restaurant/bar/cafe as part of the hotel - lovely to have a glass of wine in the evenings in the patio.
We got a room with one bed and a sofa bed, sofa bed was fine but not that comfortable. Our room was also up two very steep flights of stairs. We navigated the stairs fine, but I was traveling with my mom and would have booked another room had I known. Our room description also said it included a patio but did not. Overall, room was great but recommend updating room descriptions on the website so you can book knowing all the information.

The hotel is a gem! It is in a great location, very quiet and safe. The interior garden and restaurant are lovely. The breakfast was just perfect. Our room was a suite, with separate bedroom and living room with a futon. It could easily accommodate a family with two young children. There were very good black-out blinds to keep the room dark. The front desk staff were extremely friendly.
Our room was very large, except for the bathroom, which was tiny. The only real negative about the room was that there was a strange swooshing noise - perhaps ventilation - that went on 24/7. It was not loud, and did not bother my husband at all, but I'm a super light sleeper, so I used earplugs to block it out. NOTE: due to the old plumbing in CDMX, the hotel asks that you put toilet paper in the garbage bin beside the toilet, rather than flushing it. This is common in CDMX, but can be a surprise to travellers. The hotel empties the bin every day, of course! This is not a negative against the hotel, just a fact of life.

This is a charming boutique hotel with a peaceful inner courtyard / breakfast room, full of lush vegetation and chirping birds. We loved the included cooked breakfast each day (the chilaquiles are particularly delicious, and the house-made (secret recipe) fruit conserve on hot fresh bread is incredible). We also enjoyed chatting with the staff and other guests each morning, and the temperature, lighting and soft music choice was perfect for us! Our room was huge, and the bed so comfy. We even had a separate living room area. Our bathroom was small but stylish, and we had a lot of closet space. I chose this hotel because it's around the corner from an incredible restaurant called Filigrana, it's in a safe neighbourhood, and it's within walking distance (or a short Uber ride) of many nearby museums and galleries. I have recommended it to several people already, and I'll be back!
Our room was directly over the kitchen, so we woke up every morning before 7:00 when the staff arrived to cook the breakfasts. Not a big deal, but I might ask for a different room next time.

The hotel is in a very quiet residential area but within walking distance of the central region of Roma Norte and the Condesa neighborhood. It is also only 10-15 minutes' walk to Chapultepec Park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hector gave us great restaurant recommendations and directions to places we wanted to go. The breakfast was delicious, and the guava jam was so yummy! We had a great stay! We would definitely recommend this to our friends.
Nothing.
