It's a great location for exploring CDMX. There are some top-notch coffee and taco places within walking distance. I had a large family room with no windows - which was actually perfect for sleeping away from the noise of Mexico City traffic.

The Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and bes was comfy. It was a good spot in Roma Norte.

The elevator was not working at that time. It might be working now because they were repairing it.

Room had no windows, but this did mean it was quiet when some reviews had said it was noisy!

Generator sound until midnight was disturbing sleep. Please provide shampoo and hair dryer and no privacy if curtain’s open due to the open babalcony where anyone can access.

The location is pretty good. The facilities are good and the staff is attentive.

Hot water in the shower is sporadic. One must find the sweet spot with the hot water handle to get lukewarm water.

The solar water heating, lack of hot water at night. Also the room needs a small fridge and air condition.

For me the most important thing that the stuff was so good so nice so patient explain me where to go end was very very good. The room was clean and the location is great.

They told us no drinking and be quiet but the neighbors were loud. It would be exceptional rating if they said nothing.
