Great location, spacious, clean.

The lack of AC/heater. Temperature was cold at night and I wasn’t able to warm up the room. Sometimes the security of the place felt intrusive.

- Very clean! - Beautiful and spacious room, feels very luxurious and matches the photos exactly. - Unbeatable, central and lively location with Roma/Condesa in walking distance, lots of public transport and good food and drink options.

- I was unable to reach the manager and never received a reply to any of my WhatsApp and booking messages. Therefore, special requests or details about check-in and check-out could only be discussed with the security guards (in Spanish only). - They weren’t flexible with check-in times, even when we just had to switch rooms due to extension. It is not the accommodation’s fault but be mindful that metro 1 to Sevilla is currently under construction (March 2025) and therefore not running. We had no problem taking busses instead!

I had a fantastic stay! The room was wonderful, offering a great space to cook and heat up food, which made my stay even more convenient. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it!

While there’s was no AC in the room, the fan was sufficient to keep things comfortable. Although the fan didn’t work the first night, the staff was quick to replace it

Great location. Close to major spots in CDMX. Beds are super comfortable.

They make you sign paperwork including the right to charge you up to $2,500 pesos (125 USD) if you stain the comforter, sheets or towels. I found this excessive and unwelcoming.

Location was excellent, 10 mins to the nearest Metro Sevilla. Lots of local restaurants and bars outside.

The traffic noise of the road outside, even when we were on the 4th floor, and it goes on until the early hours, but then its Mexico City. Best ask for a room at the back if possible.

Location is good, close to attractions . Security is efficient, two elevators , clean linen , big comfy king sized bed

There was no aircon in the room . The microwave is placed very high ( hard to reach for smaller people ) No dishcloth / washcloth for dishes.

I like the kitchenette that the room has. Restroom was nice, low water pressure on the toilet, staff was very friendly, good wifi connection, bed and linens were very comfortable. Everything was close to the location.

The channels on the television were blurry and bad quality, there was no air conditioner, only a stand up fan, I stayed for over a week and that was a huge deal for me. Other than that, very secure and very nice.

Excellent location. Take a right out of the front door, and the street leads you into Zona Rosa with all the restaurants, bars, shops and clubs.

This is not a complaint but be aware that this an apartment not a hotel, so there are no hotel amenities.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! Great service! Excellent location!! It's super close to Chapultepec and the angel! Lots of convenience stores around, lots of coffee shops and restaurants! 10 out 10!!

Honestly everything was smooth and good! We like everything!
