First of all, very polite staff which is the best part, it feels like the hotel maintains the old way of serving customers which is getting lost nowadays.Thank you! Room was clean, good size for two people and bathroom was big and the water pressure was great which was certainly not the case in other hotels around Mexico ( I don't know if that's a location or hotel thing ). Restaurant was good the times we used it. Location was also good, close to nice neighbourhoods and points of interest. We'll be back for the tail end of our trip, as we enjoyed our stay!

- The location is great. 10-15 mins walk to Roma Norte, Condesa, or Zona Rosa - The cleaning lady is nice. Very friendly and would offer us more than what we need. - Two double beds! - Internet is smooth in our room, which is a bit unexpected since we read all the comments saying wifi is weak. - Great shower, nice hot water, hairdyer. We like the faucet is separated from the toilet.

- The cleaning ladies wake us up at 9 asking if we wanna clean the room while we are still sleeping - Wish the room is bigger. Kinda hard to open the luggage at the same time

Very nice hotel with a great combo of price, location and services. It looks vintage (which could be a bonus for some), yet all works as expected. I had a room with windows to the inner yard and it was pretty quiet during the night. Nice TV entertainment solution based on Roku. Location is great for many places (metrobus line nearby, short walking distance from shopping, bars and a souvenir market, etc.). Would stay again.

Wi-fi was shaky, yet worked for basic needs.

Price and location was excellent. Even though it was an old hotel room was clean and tidy, it was comfortable. Restaurant very good.

The receptionist was not very friendly. I asked him why I needed to write my origin city and instead of providing a reasonable explanation he said it was the way it is. He only gave it until I filled up the form. Waiter at the restaurant charged me tip without my consent, I was in hurry so I did not want complain and demand to not do it because I did not like fo course. The bidet at my bathroom was broken, this could be a nice advantage because makes a difference among hotels but if it is broken it is same or even worse to not have at all.

Everything! The area, the staff, the food in hotel, the security of my safety, the ppl, the area near all. Stood here 30 days!!! Felt at home. Azucena the cleaner is kind. Upon arrival they take your bag upstairs, no shady ppl, no weirdness, no feeling of unsafery, I legitimate will say this is a great hotel for anyone, family, female, solo traveller etc.

It was in a good area and close to the park and good restaurants. Safe area! The room was okay.

We asked for a room with two double beds But when we arrived they said they don’t have more just a different room with an extra bed which was fine but the extra bed wasn’t that comfortable. Also the linens were stained and the bed had a cigarette mark on it.

A good hotel, the price was low, but it was better than expectations, good location.

I advise to search for the window number of which will not go to the main road, high noise level. Strange design glass cannot be completely closed. At the time of writing, the nearest branch of the underground CDMX is closed for repair, keep it in mind.

They did have wifi, although it was not the fastest.

There is no heater/a.c. in the room. It was weird not being able to control the temperature, since the nights are much colder than the days. It was a comfortable enough stay though, after buying a pair of pajamas.

It was close to the metro station. The room was suitable and the wifi was excellent.

The hotel was noisy. People talked loudly at night.

Near by Reforma and Insurgentes and price

The parking must be using valet, so if I decided to go out multiple times I couldn't. The member of the front desk with a "long face" at my reception! And the bed was not comfortable at all. Lights nearby the main mirror too slow. But it was pleasant enough for me.
