A nine day stay in a suite, 3rd floor, through Christmas and NYE. Location is in a nice and safe neighborhood, Zona Rosa. A 20 minute walk to Chapultepec Castle (Museo Nacional de Historia), Museo Nacional de Anthropologia (sun disc, Olmec Heads, Palanque tomb cover and jade mask, more...). Booked the Teotihuacan/Plaza de las Tres Culturas/Basillica de Guadalupe/ElJaguarRestuarant tour at the hotel. They pick you up right in front of the hotel. Great overall experience. Room (and Hotel) was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. Hotel food was decent, but plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance too; El Corazon del Mar Roma, Jayi, Mythos

Initial room had a temperamental AC unit. They moved me into a different suite....problem solved..

The location is great for sightseeing, you can walk to a lot of places (perhaps the Centro Histórico is a tad bit too far away for this, but the rest of things I did were all close by). The room was super spacious and I liked the design. Didn{t use the kitchen for much, but it seemed good enough. Staff was generally great. The room service was delicious and well priced, I found.

The fact that reception phoned in to check whether I wanted room cleaning on days I put the "don't disturb" sign up was puzzling.

This was an executive suite, very large with a small kitchenette, sofa, desk, nice bathroom and a shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure. The bed was a very comfortable king size, marble floors and big windows. The location in Zona Rosa give you lots of walking access to some of the cities best neighborhoods. Plenty of good dining in the area. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels and bottled water.

The breakfast at the hotel was a little on the expensive side so I ate off premises and found very reasonable places with good offerings nearby. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work but I didn't really mess with it much as I had plenty of things to do beside watch TV.

The bedroom was big and separated from kitchen area. Good location, close to many attraction just by 20-30minutes walk

Very noisy till late hours Thin walls - can hear every step of your neighbours No space to eat. You can cook but then when do you sit and enjoy your meal ?:) there was a chair just for 1 person Supermarket where you can go shopping fresh food for cooking is very limited in this area Toilet paper provided was of the worst quality Window in the room is not possible to open.

The location is just perfect. Bordering La Condesa, Roma and Juarez, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops and most key sites were walking distance.

There were some issues with our room which took a while to fix. The first night we spent in a room with a broken window which could not close so it was quite cold. However we were moved to a new and better room the day after and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Located in a quieter neigborhood we did hear some traffic noise at times. Room was huge and bed comfortable. Staff were very responsive and separate kitchenette room was great.

Friendly staff who spoke English quite well. Good location with a short walk to the metro station, coffee and pastry shops, restaurants, etc. Large room and kitchenette.

We were on the 3rd floor and we could hear the street traffic noise a bit.

The location is very good.The room was comfortable.

AC was not working very well, fortunately it was not very hot. Breakfast was OK, but I would like to have more options for light breakfast without having to pay the buffet full prize

- convenient location, reliable wifi, daily cleaning, everything in the room worked fine - highlight of our stay was a doorman/security guard who gave us the warmest greetings every time we came back

- the King rooms feel like dungeons because they are tiny and have no windows - get a room with Double Queens instead, same price but literally twice the size and big windows (pricing makes no sense) - no mini-fridge so can’t keep food overnight
