The location is perfect to move around the most popular sightseeing in CDMX. Angel de la independencia is just a couple of minutes away in a walking distance, Chapultepec is also reachable by foot in around 45 minutes. I booked the room also with breakfast and it was very good, it is not an all you can eat but you get fresh fruit, a pancake and an omelette, the view from the breakfast room is also very nice. The lady in the breakfast room is extremely friendly and was welcoming us every morning with a smile and even remembering our order. I would recommend it.

Location! Close to the metro stop and local stores/restaurants. I felt the property was also safe due to the 24-hour front desk and elevators leading to all rooms. It was great having a microwave, kitchenette and small refrigerator! (It would have been nice if the utensils and cookware had already been in our room… and if we didn’t have to carry the plastic container of supplies up to our room ourselves).

Room was a bit small and cold at night. The rooftop door was closed/locked a bit early at night as well, not allowing me to enjoy late night views overlooking the city.

This hotel has a great location! It is within walking distance of the Angel of Independence, Zona Rosa, Avenida Amsterdam and Parque México, and the Insurgentes subway and metrobus stop (unfortunately, that subway stop and part of line 1 are currently closed for several months due to construction). My room was quite large and included a kitchenette, though I hadn't paid or asked for one. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and free bottled water is provided. I had a good stay.

The water in the shower wasn't freezing and had a warm setting, but it was still too cold for me, so I struggled with that. Also, the walls and floor/ceiling seemed to be thin, as noise traveled easily.

Breakfast was somewhere between simple and excellent. You get more variety than just cereal and toast. The hotel is close to the bus station. They will hold onto luggage for you if arrive earlier than the set check-in times, which is very helpful. The hotel itself is on a very quiet street.

The location of the hotel isn't the best because it's not entirely close to any big tourist site, but it's close enough to the museums and to the popular restaurants. It ended up being roughly 20-30 minutes to most of the things we were looking at (by foot). But that is to be expected in Mexico City given how expansive the city is. You can easily hear people talking in the hallway, so I could hear an entire phone conversation a man had in the middle of the night.

The front-desk associate, Martin, was very friendly and helpful. He spoke excellent English. I'm glad that I had a kitchen in my suite. NOTE: You'll need to request cooking utensils at the front desk as they're not found in the kitchen itself upon arrival. The hotel is located in a very lively, fun and walkable neighborhood. ANOTHER NOTE: If you're a light sleeper or need to do any work from your room, I strongly recommend that you request a more quiet room as the main street can get noisy from traffic and/or construction.

Honestly, I felt that both the gym and the jacuzzi did not look like they were in very good shape. The gym equipment I was on looked very old. And the jacuzzi did not look well maintained. There was no privacy for the jacuzzi as you're directly in front of construction people in the neighboring building!

This was perfect for a short lay over in Mexico City, easy access,, even though it was close to a well trafficked road the noice wasn’t bad! Nice restaurants within a walking distance in a safe neighbourhood. The hotel is very simple, but has what you need. The lady who prepared the breakfast was absolutely lovely!!!

The staff was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We also really liked the location as we were near many of the activities we wanted to do.

If you are facing the street, be aware that you will be able to hear the traffic. There were also people partying next door on the weekend nights, but using earplugs was enough to drown out their noise.

Bed was comfy, ac worked perfectly and shower had hot water- all I need. The area was pretty safe and very close to amazing restaurants. It’s also a couple of blocks from Fuente Las Cibeles where we were able to hop on the city tour bus.

The only negative is that on our first night there was an Asian man speaking loudly from his room which didn’t allow my fiancé to have a good sleep. Also, airport shuttle service appeared as part of amenities but it’s at an extra cost.

Breakfast was good - friendly staff member prepared it! Helpful front desk staff, as well. Location was good, as well. Walkable area, close to convenience stores and nearby parks and countless restaurants. Felt safe. If you stay here, I recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace - incredible colors and view.

Everything was quite clean with the exception, unfortunately, of some dusty furniture (e.g., the TV console + remote).

Very clean, comfortable, convenient. Excellent staff. Location is great too.

Thin walls. If someone is staying next to you, you can really hear everything. But staff was great in helping people respect the guests and late times when people are sleeping.
