The staff was so friendly, everyone there was just excellent! The entire place was very clean. House keeping was excellent. I left them a little tip at the end of my stay. They also put fresh sealed water bottles each morning for the coffee maker which is nice (if you aren't from Mexico, do not drink tap water!) Excellent place overall and for the price and location I am very satisfied. It is the LGBTQ+ district, just so you know. I am not any of those, but it doesn't bother me or anything. It was a beautiful area and awesome people everywhere. But just letting you know it is VERY LGBTQ lol. Like, many of the shops are... well you'll see hahaha. Fun area, excellent restaurants.

Like others mention... the night clubs lol! Good lord they go ALL NIGHT LONG. Literally, on the weekends, the music starts at like 5pm and goes HARD until like 6 in the morning the next day! I shut the window, turned the fans on max and I was fine. I was so tired I slept right through it. But just be warned it IS LOUD. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend you bring ear plugs. I was on the 8th floor too; didn't matter. Just to be clear, I would absolutely stay here again!

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Easy access to transit.

Only issue was loud music from club across the street on Friday and Saturday nights. Not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of.

The hotel has large rooms and is located in a great location central to restaurants, nightlife and many of the city's great attractions.

The hotel has issues with their card key system. The key keeps getting unprogrammed, but you don't find out after you go to your room and the key does not open. So you have to go down to the lobby and have them reprogram the key. The hotel is in the middle of the Zona Rosa and the music from surrounding clubs can be loud during the weekend. The hotel also has a main lobby elevator that has been broken for months and you have to use the auxiliary elevator with long wait times especially during peak times as it is smaller and slower than the main elevator.

we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. While the hotel feels a bit dated, everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The only downside is the bar directly across the street. It's open from Thursday to Sunday and plays loud music until the early hours, which can disturb your sleep. If you're staying on other days, though, it's wonderfully quiet. All in all, a good hotel – just make sure to consider the timing of your stay.

The location of the US embassy is amazing, and there are shops and food all around, including some American chains. There is a coffee shop feet away that makes amazing cold brews. The addition of a microwave in the room was very nice. Staff has been excellent and most know some english.

The main elevator was out of order, and there were no signs that it was being repaired. The secondary elevator doesn't go to the business center or the rooftop garden. The breakfast, while good, isn't $13 per person good. It is a basic continental breakfast.

I loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The shower was great with good pressure! It’s a really central location with lots of shops nearby. Lots of nightlife all around if you’re into that, but the rooms were mostly quiet apart from guests passing by.

The WiFi wasn’t in the living room area, but I’ve stayed here 3 times now and this was the first time that’s happened. I reported it and the next day it was slightly better but still off and on. It wasn’t too bad, I just had to go into the bedroom area to use the internet.

Good location, we felt safe, friendly staff, spacious room. At reception Diego was helpful when we checked in. Also Israel helped with luggage to the room. We had the privilege to meet the Manager, Mr Marcos who happened to be on site. He was friendly and easy to talk to.

Some cutlery and crockery would be good as there is a kitchenette and microwave. We had to ask for plates and cutlery.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning lady on the 9th floor. She was wonderful and very nice and patient. The upper floors were quiet and the noise from the outside nightlife was a hardly noticeable. Breakfast was a wonderful spread with many varieties of options. The water with fruit slices was a welcome treat after a hot day walking the many wonderful districts. Overall, a wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel staffed by wonderful people.

I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Our time in Mexico City was excellent, and we would like to thank Eurostars Zona Rosa and their staff for exemplary customer service. The entire front desk staff was great, including the doorman, and cleaning staff. They were so friendly and kind. The hotel was about a three-block walk to the Metro, which made it very easy to commute around the city. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the neighborhood, which is a plus and very safe. Also, a 24hr pharmacy a few feet from the hotel. This will be important if you become ill. Lastly, we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and they were kind enough to bring him a little birthday cake. How sweet!! In all my travels across the world, I have never experienced such superb service. With that said, when we come back to town we will stay here again!! Everything was great.

The staff @ concierge were always extremely friendly and helpful in all my requirements and questions. The location was ideal , as was the spacious suite . I always slept well. I appreciated the daily water bottles . The cleaners were very good. I felt safe and secure in my room .

I would have preferred a bath in my suite as well as more than just the 1 English speaking BBC NEWS channel. I would have liked the option of Room Service for food . Also the quality of the breakfast was average and the selection was average. I paid for it once.
