The hotel and rooms are dated. Staff was not very present. Had to wait for staff to arrive and after not arriving, had to contact them through WhatsApp. The hotel needs to be fumigated. Saw big riach in reception and small reach in my room. The blinds did not close. They were old and missing slats. The plumbing needed repair. Water came out on floor and sinktop.

The location is decent.

But it is poorly insulated from the street so it could be very noisy, woke up several times even with ear plugs (a must). The room was very tired looking. Some lights didn't work, the taps leaked, poor blinds and very noisy. The worst thing was you could hear the alarm whenever anyone entered the building. Very loud and people were coming and going throughout the night. One morning I awoke to find a traveller who had booked a room but was unable to contact reception (very difficult to contact) and ended up sleeping on a couch in the lobby. Strongly recommend to avoid unless desperate.

It is a good location.

Check in is available from 3 pm. We arrived at 3 pm. We waited and waited and made many calls to the business line and to booking.com support. Somebody eventually arrived after 4.30 pm to help us check in. I understand this is not the fault of the property, but there is a nightclub nearby and I had a room that overlooked the street and was kept awake each night until 3 or 4 am with the 'doof doof' of the loud music nearby. The room safe did not work and we were not offered an alternative. There was no information about servicing/cleaning our rooms. My pillows were just stuffing inside a pillow case. There are several other accommodation options very nearby that are a similar price but offer far more support and services.
