Best accommodation for a few nights or even months. 1. 40-50sqm each studio apartment. All with multiple windows, airy with soft sunlight in the day. 2. Despite the location(facing a busy street), all windows open to the inner terrace which helps to reduce the noise greatly. 3. The shower is actually hot with real water pressure 4. Location. Cafe Nin across the street does amazing light roast coffee and serves guava roll from Rosetta Bakery. No need to bother with the 50ppl queue at Rosetta anywhere 5. People!!!! I ran into some awkward booking situation and they went out of their way to help out, even though they didn’t have to.

I work remotely. 1. Chair is wood layered by leather. Uncomfortable if you plan to work long hours. I did figure out a solution quickly by putting a pillow in the back 2. Outlets placement was not thought through. This is more of a pet peeve than critic. You have enough outlets around the apartment unless you have multiple laptops like me.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops, night life and neighborhoods. I also like the staff, they where very friendly, helpful, and kind. Everyday they welcome me with a smile and asked me if everything was ok. My TV was not working and the person in charge changed it right away. I also like they make you feel like family and not simply guests they honestly care about your comfort and stay.

Maybe adding some air conditioning or fans in the room for hot days will be nice. Also, more upscale bedding, the bedding does not match the quality of the suites. Another thing would be nice to add lighting to their roof top, there is no light at night. The roof top has potential for improvement

Good Location, Metro(Subway) and Metro bus is neary-by. Very cost effective hotel. If you're Korean or interested in Korean, It could be a the best one. There are may Korean restraounts and markets. You can enjoy it.

The signal of WIFI is not stable, sometime is bad. 져츠응은 죠검 시크려워요.

The building is located in a quiet neighborhood while close to a metro station. Nearby has a wide range of restaurants. The room is spacious - it's a studio with two twin beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The mattress is a little bit too firm for me but still good. The staff are very kind and helpful. We booked two nights and asked for one more night as we just loved the apartment. So, we're there for 3 nights in total. From what I was told, half of the folks in the building are long term tenants. I can see why - nothing fancy but just nice location and well kept. They also provided house keeping daily to us but we didn't use it. We wanted to book again for the following week and all rooms were already sold out.

This was an affordable place with a kitchen and plenty of room for my 2 week stay. Hot showers with good water pressure aren't the norm in CDMX, but it was quite good here. The location is close to Insurgentes metro and other transport, plus a shopping centre and several all night convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time but especially when I needed help with my new phone and finding a good doctor. Most staff speak good English and if they don't they are still happy to assist using Google translate. On my last day 2 weird, unexpected things happened that might have delayed my trip to the airport and staff went out of their way to assist me.

Unfortunately there wasn't a smart TV and only 1 English channel which repeated the shows daily. It would have been nice to have a washing machine available, especially as one of the property ads is about living there. But I still recommend it.

It was in a very good location, tucked away in a good neighborhood, nice restaurants around and the night life 3 blocks away.

Wifi was spotty and sometimes didn't work at all.

the location was prime. walking distance to reforma 222 if you are into shopping malls. But very well located for cute cafes and shops. if youre going to mexico city you know walking is most preferable.

These rooms do not have AC so be prepared to be warm especially if you are coming in the summertime.

Little outdated, but a nice place to stay.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, cafés and transport. The rooms are a good size, and well-equipped, beds are comfortable and room was clean. WiFi is fast and reliable but the TV wasn't a net TV.

The shower took a while to heat up so need to waste a bit of water but it's hot once it gets there. After 8am the street gets busy and a little noisy.
