Amazing terrace and excellent value for money!

Room was only cleaned once while we were there and that was only because we asked.

Spacious, clean mini apartment in a great location for exploring both Condesa and Roma neighbourhoods. Friendly staff let us hang out in the garden while we waited to catch a late flight.

It wasn't that clear from the listing on Booking that we would be sharing the living room/kitchen with other guests. The shower took ages - up to ten minutes - to deliver hot water.

very comfortable sparkling clean room with kitchenette, safe neighborhood where you can walk to many restaurants, great grocery store 4 blocks away, tree-lined streets. Breakfast served at 8:30 but you have refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in room if you want to eat earlier. 1 mile from Chapultepec park and about 1/2 mile to other beautiful parks.

Staff not there much of the time except for cleaning and late afternoon. However they gave us a number to reach them if needed. Self-check in was easy with video they sent us.

The shower drain was clogged with another person's hair. This is noted in many other reviews. It isn't difficult to prevent.

Great location in the vibrant suburb of Roma Norte. We were able to walk to so many parks and attractions from here. Close to the pick up points for tours and the hop on hop off Turibus. We had a room with a huge private terrace which we enjoyed in the evenings. Cheap Uber to the airport and arena Mexico from this location. The bed was comfortable. Handy to have a fridge, kettle and microwave.

They have just hired someone to do maintenance which is needed. A few little things that were broken in the room and only one light was working on the terrace. So if the maintenance could be improved then this place would be 10 out of 10!

This is my second time staying here, it has everything I need, comfortable, clean, private, and a perfect location for me. Staff is friendly and responsive.

The only downside is that I see the prices going up, but otherwise I could look for this place again in my next visit to Mexico City. Other thing, maybe improving the hot water function in room 3, it’s hard to keep steady at the temperature I want, but that is a very simple fix.

Location was great. Staff was wonderful. Very clean. Bed was comfortable, great kitchen.

Couches, chairs not comfortable, hard to sit in/on to read. Pointless decoration took up space. Hard to get shower temperature to maintain at even remotely comfortable. Did not want to waste water, ended up washing hair in sink. A sharper knife in kitchen would have helped, since not able to travel with one.

Wonderful attention. Considerate at reception. We had to leave before breakfast so they paked us one the night prior. A very large terrace. Everything modern. Nice bed. Lots of storage. Nice bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic location steps from Av. Insurgentes Sur, one of the great boulevards of the world. Its value that rivals hotels three times it's price. SURE TO RETURN!

No sign out front, maybe to avoid the taxman and bureaucratic authorities. It's a coverted 4-level townhouse.

The 24-hour check-in was a lifesaver for me, as I had a late arrival. The process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, making it easy to settle in after a long journey. The location of Suites 259 Condessa is simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Condessa, it offers a vibrant and authentic experience of Mexico City. From my beautiful room, I enjoyed a delightful street view that allowed me to soak in the charm of this trendy neighborhood. The room itself was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, with a convenient kitchenette that came in handy for quick meals and snacks. One of the standout features of this accommodation is its proximity to excellent shopping, restaurants, and parks. The nearby parks provided a peaceful escape from the urban hustle and bustle, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a moment of relaxation. The metro station is just a 15-minute walk away. This convenient access to public transportation made it incredibly easy to explore all that Mexico City has to offer. I highly recommend Suites 259 Condessa to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base from which to explore this vibrant city.

After some hiccups, getting into my room and needing a maintenance person to fix the lock on my door, everything was pretty smooth after that. Lots of natural light, a kitchen(minimal utensils, pots, plates, glasses) a comfortable living room, a comfortable bed in a nice size bathroom with good water, pressure, hot and cold water and strong Internet
