Modern small apartment, well equipped and very clean. Easy access. Located in one of the best streets of Polanco. Very safe as the building is protected by security 24/7.

Poor sleeping quality. Noise during the weekend from neighbors as the walls between apartments are thin. Also there is an internal window with a lot of light. Every time the apartment in front has the lights on at night there is no way to block it even by closing the dormitory door. I would recommend to put a blackout curtain from the inside. (You can see it in the picture how bright it’s light). When I reported the issue to the manager it was addressed but no solution was offered.

This is my second time booking with ULIV. The place is exactly as advertised! Communication from the host is timely and clear. It’s been very easy for me. Location is PERFECT! I can’t stress more on this point. It’s walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Polanco. It’s also just 1km from metro. We used a combination of metro and Uber while staying there. We had a great experience staying at this place.

Only complaint is Wifi gets slow every now and then. We had to restart the modem a few times. But in general it’s been great!

The apartment is almost new, fully equipped, with a very nice bathroom. The bed is extremely comfortable, the place is really nice overall. The location is just amazing, in the heart of Polanco, a very nice area to walk around. There are coffee shops, restaurants, shopping centers just a few blocks away.

I have no complains, everything was fine during my stay.

I liked everything about it. Central location, extremely safe, helpful and pleasant staff from the security to the host 🤍. I felt home away from home, there were moments that I skipped leaving the property to just enjoy the serenity of the space.

Perfect location. Great for a getaway with friends. All amenities were available to use the kitchenette

The electronic lock did not work so I needed to use a key all along. Need more light in the bathroom and curtains were complicated (too long). Top Linen should be changed. Overall, a quality control needs to be made to make sure everything functions properly. Other than that it was really good.

It was easy to get the code, and Ari was eventually responsive to my early check in. (Which was great) Besides for him, a real person on WA, the day we checked in, everything else was very impersonal.

The size of the bathroom was minuscule. For such a large apartment, the bathroom size did not make any sense. If only 2 guests, it is better off to book one of the smaller units, that have a larger bathroom. Also, I wondered about natural light in the apartment and got an imprecise response from the staff, which led me to choose the wrong distribution.

I don’t want to tell how lovely and convinient this place is, so it stays as it is! Good value and and available suites for more trip to México City!!! 😉

The security of the place was top-notch, as well as the easy of checking in & out. The room was well-furnished and the bathroom/shower was very clean. The bonus of having a fan for ambient noise at night was also nice.

The only thing was there wasn't a thermostat to control the room temperature that I could find.

There was a balcony but actually there was absolutely no view. My balcony and window view was a concrete gray wall

loved the open spaces in the building- comfortable rooms and location was amazing

no air con and it was hard to open the window as there were no screens (didn’t want mosquitos ) Since we were on the 1st floor , we were not sure if we should leave it open
