The people were very nice and friendly

It’s okay , not the most comfortable beds are hard. No screens on windows So if u have kids I would not open windows which it does get hot and stuffy, I wouldn’t stay here again but location is prefect.

They should invest in there beds because location is perfect

One of the staffs on my check in date was being rude. Our toilet wasn’t flushing and. When we asked her if they can take a look, she said yes. We come back to the same issue. Didn’t even fixed the issue. Didn’t want to move us room and was being complicated.

Everything I needed out of the hotel was local

They don’t have microwaves nor hot water for coffee

The Hotel obviously was once a Grand Hotel.... Now... No. Worn down, cheap up keep-just enough to get by... my room was supposed to be a 'good' room.... Hmm ..... The bed was missing a mattress I think..... 2 beds in the room and both were the same.... sunken in.... I thought the mattress was a box spring and anticipated a spring poking me during the night. No kind of heating in the room...thankfully did not need. Cooling - a plastic fan on a chair.... I am glad there were 2 heavy blankets...which I used to cushion the bed I slept in.... even put pillows from the other bed under me to make a make shift... pillow top :-) Plenty of hot water for a shower.... When I checked in .. I noticed there were other options and much cheaper than listed by Booking....Hmm.... As a solo traveler, all I needed was a solo bed - which was more than 200 pesos cheaper than what was offered by Booking for what I thought was a double bed...No, it was 2 beds.....thus.... more...... Hmm.....?

Located in front of the Plaza which makes it convenient.

Very outdated. No AC (fans provided). Hallway near my room was dark with non-working light. Teen soccer team was very noisy and though told management, noise level remained the same.
